We've had a couple of interactions now with Newnham Court Vets. From signing up, being late for our first check up due to traffic and a couple of check ups with the vets and nurses it's been a great experience so far. Also had a chat with our local pet shop that backed up the good reviews I'd heard elsewhere. Great stuff so far. Thanks.

The whole team at Wigmore Vets couldn't have been more helpful. The Vet Lydia understood our cat's problem and dealt with it professionally. She explained the treatment plan clearly. Both the vet and nurse were sympathetic and kind. Special mention also to Sarah and Karen on reception who were friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Carol Harbour

The staff are always friendly, helpful and nothing is too much. They have been amazing with my dog and have gone over and above to ensure she is well. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you

All my Family that have or have had pets, have used this Veterinary practice. They are always professional and the Staff are friendly and will listen to us Owners to get our views on the care and treatment of our pets. They also offer an annual membership Healthy PetScheme which can make regular worming and de-fleaing etc, a little cheaper.

Gave 5 stars but wouldn't say I "loved it" as the results of the blood tests and examination on my cat were not good as I had to have Lucy put to sleep. But all the staff have been very thoughtful and caring. lf I get another companion animal I would us Wigmore Vets

I've been using Trinity Vets for the last two years for my cats. They're always lovely and helpful, listen to my concerns and fit us in same day when they have an issue. Staff genuinely care about animals and it shows! Really recommend.

Vets are nice and treated me and my tortoise really well, always had a pleasant experience with them, apart from today. After telling the receptionist I was there to drop off my tortoise to be cremated, she proceeded to say "Perfect, which plan are you choosing for the cremation?!" With the cheeriest of voices. Surely she could have followed with an "I'm so sorry" or something like that, but no. It was extremely transactional, she didn't even say anything remotely nice to a person who was on the verge of crying because her pet passed away. I wasn't happy coming here, and I'm leaving a bit worse.

I can’t speak highly enough about this vet practice. Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Nurses and vets are caring and provide the best advice and five star treatment. I wouldn’t take my dog Nellie anywhere else. The most genuine place.

I have visited Trinity Vet Centre several times and they always provide such a fantastic service. The staff on reception are always incredibly friendly and helpful, both in person and on the telephone. Also, the Surgeons, Nurses and Assistants are knowledgeable, caring and empathetic. I can see why so many people travel such large distances to visit Trinity Vet Centre, as they have such a fantastic reputation - I can see why. Bought my childhood dog here 10+ years ago, always a great experience then and recently my new puppy had a fall and fractured his leg, the whole team have gone above and beyond for us making sure he got what he needed as soon as he possibly could, such a warm welcome and all our questions are listened to and answered no matter how small. Absolutely no concerns leaving our boy with the team, they all very clearly adore what they do, Such a daunting, upsetting experience made just that bit easier all thanks to you. Thank you so much!

Excellent vet's we had an emergency with our cat and they fitted us in sadly it was a one way trip for our cat but the vet confirmed what we already thought and reassured us we were doing the right thing. The vet and staff treated us very well I couldn't fault them at all. A very good service and would recommend this vet's

It was a quick and efficient service. Staff were friendly and did what was necessary, during our quick visit. Vet was friendly too, although couldn't find anything wrong with the pooch. Maybe he was faking his limp!

5* service! Recently I needed help with an urgent visit for my horse. Shannen on reception was exemplary in sorting out a visit last minute and saved us a huge stress just before we were due to go on holiday! (Thank you!💞) Horses love to pick the right time! Amy visited and again was amazing! Within 3 days we had a visit and blood results returned! Amazing!!! The Bell Equine team always do their best to bend over backwards and the horse is always put first! Thank you again for such a fab service! Natasha & Irish x

My boy had a recent stay at bell equine to have some bone scans done. The staff were so lovely and rang me every day to let me know how he was doing. He can be an anxious boy and he’s been through a lot so I was worried this would be a bad experience for him, but the staff said he was calm there and I think that’s testament to the lovely atmosphere they create on the yard. One particular vet nurse (sorry that I can’t remember your name) told me she’d been having cuddles with him before his procedure and this was so good to hear that he really was getting so much time and attention from the staff. They must be so busy but whenever I got a phone call it never felt rushed, I always felt reassured and it was clear that the staff have genuine love and compassion for their patients. I received the results of the bone scan incredibly quickly and the communication the entire time he was there was brilliant. We even got help from the vet as we left when he decided he didn’t fancy getting on the trailer to come home! Thanks so much to everyone at bell equine, I was so anxious about him going in but the friendliness and communication from the staff really put me at ease. From the minute I dropped him off I could tell he was in very good hands. If I ever need him referred for anything else I’ll be sure to go with bell again after this experience. The receptionists are also lovely and explained everything so well including how to do the insurance claim form etc as I’ve not done this before so had lots of questions! Here’s a photo of Becker today, who’s made himself back at home in his field guarding his hay pile! Happy to be back rolling in his favourite mud patch! 😊

First experience of them since moving to Headcorn . Very efficient and friendly and put themselves out for you . Very impressed so far . My cat is very 'spicy' when vets are needed and my previous vets always made it feel and inconvenience, this definitely didn't appear to be the case with Green Lane ☹️

I cannot thank Green Lane enough for the care they gave my Dear old Annie . She suffered from fits since January . An old lady at 15 , sadly she got a little bit more poorly, but a year on and sadly was her time to run in the field in the sky. She was so looked after by Val and her colleagues. I cannot thank you enough for giving us another year with our dear Annie wobbles. The care till the end was outstanding. We miss her dearly but happy memories a must. Thank you so much all of you . You go beyond and that me and Annie will always be grateful . Thank you for giving me and the boys that extra time and always understanding . Great team. Big love and thanks

Wonderful vets and the whole team. Despite having staff shortage and a number of emergencies, they still fitted my dog (Mac) who was also an emergency! Performed a (probably life- saving) operation the same day. The after-care was also brilliant. I feel so lucky to have these vets for my 2 beloved dogs.

Sadly, our dog Millie, was diagnosed with lung and liver cancer, and passed away 4 months later. We found all the staff at Coxheath veterinary clinic friendly, efficient, professional and kind. Communication was good, and results of investigations were very calmly and clearly explained to us, in a manner that we could understand. We were encouraged to ask questions and these were answered in a truthful and caring manner. The vet, Patrick was absolutely wonderful, he explained the diagnosis clearly and put a plan of care in place. His support was invaluable. We highly recommend this veterinary surgery. Highly recommend. Aimee our vet has been amazing with our pug who sadly slipped a disc and honestly we prepared for the worst. Aimee was knowledgeable, kind and honest. Having recently moved to the area I chose this vet practice due to proximity to my home. Couldn’t be happier. Easy to get appointment, within walking distance, practice clean and staff friendly. Took my 13yo lab for his booster jabs. He always likes to go to the vets and this was no different. Free treats and water for the animals 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I recently had my little Winnie (mini-dachshund) spayed. I was so worried about it as she’s a very noisy & nervous dog. The staff were amazing from start to finish, they were so kind and caring towards Winnie & reassured me throughout. I constantly talk to people about this vets because every time I go I am just so pleased with how welcome we are made to feel. Thank you for everything, Poppy.

The only reason I’m not giving this vets 4 stars is because one of the receptionists is incredibly rude with ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS.! She is quite slender with a monotone voice and a hard bitter face. Why oh why this lovely vets has this woman working as a receptionist is beyond me. All the other receptionists are absolutely lovely and welcoming. And the vets are AMAZING. I would 💯 recommend this vets. Hopefully they have got rid of misery head by the time you go. But as I said, everyone else there is lovely..

I called and got an emergency appointment almost immediately. Within twenty minutes of the call I was in the vets getting my cat checked out. The receptionist was incredibly nice and helpful and showed such an interest in my cats health. The vet was so helpful and checked my cat over thoroughly and reassured me and gave her a treatment plan! He also seemed very interested in my cat and was super gentle and nice to her and this relaxed her. She is usually a biter and gets distressed but she was completely fine!

I took my little rescue cat to mote vets and they couldn't have been more kind. They took her off to be cleaned after she had pooed in her carrier and she obviously felt quite safe with the staff and didn't even seem to notice when the vet gave her an injection.
