Lovely staff very friendly. So understanding when it came to making the hard decision of letting my cat go. They have been brilliant for myself and my animal family. Hard to make appointments at times due to popular demand of their services. Very small car park so not many spaces for customers. Parking can be an issue sometimes if you can not get a space in their car park and have to find parking elsewhere.

I've paid a lot of Money for vets in the past.. Due to personal circumstances I can no longer afford vets.. But how lucky are we to have these amazing services.. And the best vets I've had the privaledge of taking my pets to.. Thank you so so much.. I do contribute as much as I can on each visit ❤️

Really caring receptionists. Very thankful for the service. I paid full price but it is still much cheaper than every vets in Thanet and a life saver for our little souls when we, there guardians are not in work. Thank you for all you do PDSA and everyone who donates to the charity.
