We have recently moved to Valley park and fortunate enough to have our dog registered with this fabulous vet practise. Pat and his very lovely team have been above helpful, friendly and professional in dealing with me, our dog and a couple of other issues. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Village Veterinary Centre to anyone looking for somewhere fab with pets.

I can't recommend Village Vets enough. We've been registered with them for years and have had nothing but the very best experiences. Both Pat and Tom have a wonderful way with both my cat and dog and I always feel they are in the very best hands. They always take the time to explain everything and give you all the options available. They were especially kind to me when my cat was attacked by a dog and really made an awful experience a lot easier to deal with. My cat has both chronic kidney disease and hyperthyroidism and Pat has been excellent throughout, providing us with guidance on treatment and helping keep my cat's stress to a minimum. Would highly recommend.

Always polite friendly staff. The vet gave my dog a thorough examination, and then her booster vaccination. He assures me she's doing really well. She even gets a treat, which she loves. Very happy with the service I receive.

We’ve only visited three times so far and each time we get a friendly welcome from reception and vet. We didn’t have to wait long to get an appointment and are always seen on time. Very pleased with this practice and would recommend.

The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the Practice has a calming environment. My cat is always greeted by name, comforted and settled before being examined.

As an owner of a very anxious dog, moving vets a couple of years ago was a daunting experience, especially after our negative experience with a well known high street vet. However, the staff at Pet Practice quickly reassured us that moving was the correct decision. They quickly realised the anxious nature of our dog and put steps in place to reassure him so that he was comfortable with visiting the vets, which wasn't the case with the previous vets. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our dogs needs. After arranging happy visits, and building trust with not only the vets, but the vetinary nurses (especially Carrie) and reception staff our dog has now done a complete 180 in his attitude to visiting the vets. This means that annual checkups, vaccinations and a recent op were carried out with little apprehension on our part. I could sing the staffs praises all day long, and I only wish we moved vets sooner.

You are always made to feel welcome . David was very good checking our two Cock Spaniels for their yearly check and vaccinations. He was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful as well.

Very friendly and professional. My dog has got separation anxiety and had a procedure- must to stay without me at with them .I’m impressed how good they are and nicely surprised. Me and Lara really appreciated:)

Simply put, I don’t think our English Cocker Spaniel would be here without the skill of all the staff and especially Theofanis Liatus at Southern Counties. After operating on Charlie to repair a slipped disc in the neck, we have a very happy dog with a new lease of life. Playful and importantly pain free after a horrendous episode. Theo’s skill navigated tremendous risk associated with the actual procedure on an 11 year old dog, but it had got to the point we had to give it a go. Theo came through for us and his words “He’s breathing on his own” sum up the momentous achievement Theo delivered and the fight for life left in Charlie. Forever grateful to Theo and Southern Counties. Picture of Charlie as he should be, relaxed, and recovering well!

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. On referral to here we were greated and dealt with ASAP. Our cat had eye injury with something in his eye. The staff were amazing, considerate and gave us time alone to discuss with each other the way forwards with his eye. James operated on Jaz and saved his eye,extremely clever person and had explained the operation so well to us, plus the after care. He has now been seen for after checking and is leading the life of a cat again much to his joy and ours. Thank you all at Southern Counties Veterinary.

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

I’ve been using Cedar Vets for over 20 years - I’ve had chickens, cats and mainly lots and lots of terriers. I volunteer with a rescue and have regularly brought in recently rescued dogs., who can be tricky. I’ve always been treated with kindness and my various companions have received excellent care. When I had a 19 year old, I was seeing one vet every fortnight and he would make time to see him, the same was for Doris, who had significant health issues during her time with me. This type of care certainly makes a huge difference to me as an owner because the vet knows the dog so well and they understand whether the animal has improved with treatment. I’d definitely recommend.

They vet was very friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to find information for us to help keep it cats calm in an up coming move. There reception staff were very efficient and friendly. There very was very caring towards our boys and looked after them well.

Highly recommend Cedar vets Alton We have been going to cedar vets for over 6 years. The whole team are professional and caring. James is one amazing vet, he was very compassionate when our Labrador 3 years ago suddenly became poorly at the age of 8. With our hearts broken we had to do the right thing for our fury baby and put him to sleep. We didn’t plan to have anymore fury babies but just over 2 years ago we got 2 boys. James has been amazing with them, they love seeing him. They also love all the attention from the lovely ladies on reception desk too. Thank you all at Cedar Vets

I’ve been a client of Cedar for many years and started with the late Colin Baxter who was such a gentleman and a wealth of knowledge. He, Justin and Martin looked after my cats during my British Shorthair the latter part of my breeding years. The relationships the Vets have is very supportive to those of us from the GCCF ( pedigree cat registration body ) as their clients. The front of desk staff have grown over the years as have the nursing staff and one thing I’ve noticed has been constant with them all and that is the way they care about us and our animals. I live 25 minutes away now and have local vets go me but have remained with Cedar because I trust them. Here are my cats, all of them British Shorthair and all are my family. Thank you to everyone at Cedar.

We’re so incredibly pleased to have come across this Vet clinic. We had an upsetting emergency with our poorly Lab and have been asked to come in immediately, we were registered by a lovely receptionist Crystal who was very compassionate and friendly. She came out of her way to make our dog feel comfortable. Wojciech, the Vet Surgeon, has been very supportive and informative, he’s explained everything carefully to us and made sure to take a good assessment of our dog. He’s made an excellent diagnosis and treatment plan, and our dog has recovered, to our huge surprise. This was only possible thanks to Wojciech’s thorough assessment and excellent care. I had been with my previous independent vet for over 20 years but having recently moved house it was necessary to find a practice that was closer. I do not find the big chains very personal so I was delighted to find Blubell who are also independent. The vet was thorough and knowledgeable and I was pleased to also be able to discuss the current health protocols of my particular dog breed. I am sure my dogs will be in safe hands with Bluebell.

The team at bluebell are great. The vet is super knowledgeable, skilled and patient with both my anxious dog and with all my questions. One of the best vets I have encountered. He diagnosed cancer in my dog's toe. The surgery the vet performed was successful and she is back to enjoying her walks cancer free.

We adopted a Chihuahua a year ago. She is new to our family and can be nervous and she is certainly really scared of vets and having her nails clipped. In the past we had awful experiences where she became so distressed and loud at the vet. This experience at Bluebell was completely different. We have been twice now and Wojciech quickly builds trust and put our dog at ease as well as providing detailed knowledge in even a short session. Would recommend to everyone.

Patrick is kind, caring and compassionate to our dogs needs. Appointments don’t feel rushed and he is always available for any questions. Receptionists are always lovely and welcoming too

Thank you so much to the entire team here especially the vet that removed an obstruction from my senior cats abdomen in the middle of the night. He has healed wonderfully and bravely and I am eternally grateful for your staff for saving his life because he is my best friend. Thank youuu.

On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

Absolutely did not want to be there but the service we received was second to none. Kind, caring & considerate. The vet (sorry I cannot recall his name) who helped our Ronnie over the rainbow bridge was so quiet, calm & caring & gave us as much time as we needed. Ronnie's passing gave him the peace he deserved after fighting for so long & was very quiet & peaceful.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. That’s what you call an amazing service and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all so much. 💔💔😭😭 Gwen was PTS on Sunday 7th JANUARY 2024

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

I had an excellent experience with Phil. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to fully understand what’s going on with your pet. I was really impressed by his approach—he looks at the situation from multiple angles rather than jumping to conclusions. Phil was also very respectful and understanding of my role as a pet owner, ensuring I had choices rather than feeling pressured into a single course of action. Highly recommend!

It's always just such a positive experience coming here with my mischief of rats. Agata is absolutely fabulous, so knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain things, keeps up to date with the latest research and even more importantly, also takes into account the emotional needs of my girls; it's this holistic view that makes all the difference for us and we couldn't be happier with the whole team's care and competency. Lovely veterinary surgery. Found through a recommendation online whilst searching for an Exotics Vet. Friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to fit our Chinchilla in for an appointment at short notice. Agata, the vet that saw Gus was extremely knowledgeable and thorough and keen to ensure I knew exactly what she was doing throughout his examination and why. She explained what he needed to help him get better, why and how the medication worked. We are due back next week for a follow up but I can ring any time if I’m concerned. I was really impressed with the surgery and all staff.
