Fantastic service the vet I saw Jordan had a really good bed side manor. Everything was fully covered and explained he’s an asset to your company. He dealt with my dog Pixie twice and I’m extremely grateful

This veterinary surgery is the best I have ever been to. They genuinely care about the animals they treat and did everything they could to make my dear Gizmo better. They also were very supportive, thightful and empathetic to myself, along with treating him with utmost care and respect. This is how i wish all vets were.

Brilliant staff who are very accommodating to even the fussiest of pets. My dog is absolutely terrified by the vet to the point that he is shaking just from the car journey since he knows the roads near the vet. The vets are brilliant and will come and treat him in the car. They have given him treatments that have massively improved his quality of life and don't push anything unnecessary on you. Highly recommend!

The kindness shown towards our beloved cat today at the end of her life was amazing the time given to allow us to say our goodbyes and the candle lit outside the room was just beautiful Thank you so much.

I took my cat there, and even though I was late as I'm new to the area and got lost , they dident make me feel bad we went strait in, the vet was really good she new roughly what was wrong with her as she hasn't had test bust gave her what she needed and it wasn't over price, I always took my cats to pets at home with are over priced and not as good, I'm takeing her back next month and hopefully I'll see the same vet,

I recently found a young cat who had been abandoned by people in my street. After confirming with them that they no longer wanted him I called my vet practice. Terri asked me to bring him to the practice where he was checked and i then got a call within the day to say he was being adopted and now has a forever home with love. Not the best start in life for this beautiful boy bit the story ends well. Thank you so much to all at the practice there is a good reason I have trusted you with my cat for 16 years Amazing team 👏

I recently took my 19 year old Burmese cat Sebastian to Animed Shedfield and he was seen by Jacek. Jacek was so amazing with him, really kind and genuinely caring. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and Jacek's treatment plan for Sebastian. There has already been a marked improvement in his quality of life. We recently had to make the heart-breaking decision to have my horse put to sleep, and the experience was more difficult than I could have ever comprehended. However, the compassion and professionalism we received from Animed Veterinary Hospital, and especially from Alex, made an unbearably painful time a little easier to navigate. Alex was beyond amazing. She was empathetic, thoughtful, and kept in constant communication, offering reassurance and support every step of the way. She went above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed without me even having to ask, and her efforts to accommodate my family and me were truly above expectations. It was clear that Alex cared deeply for my horse, as well as us as a family, during such a sensitive time. She provided an exceptional level of care, and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and understanding. Thank you, Alex, for everything

The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.

Bought my dog in unregistered and unannounced under an emergency with a piece of bone stuck in her mouth. They quickly sedated her and sorted it out. The price was really reasonable considering it was an emergency and they had to put all other patients on hold. The vet and all reception staff was so caring and helpful in a Horrible situation they couldn’t have been better and I would hesitate to return or recommend.

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

Had to make an emergency visit with my dachshund in the early hours of the morning. Received excellent service, offered an immediate appointment and treatment which has resolved his illness. Would not hesitate to use them again in an emergency. Was also given options and support to make a claim through his insurance. Thank you for saving my baby boy and making him happy and healthy again.

We visited this vet clinic just under a month ago with my 8-month-old kitten. On our first visit, the vet we saw was nice, but I didn’t feel she checked my kitten thoroughly. Despite explaining all of his symptoms, she only gave him an anti-sickness injection and sent him home. The next night, we returned and were seen by a different vet—a lovely lady from Romania, I believe. She was incredibly helpful, did a proper examination, and took my concerns seriously. Thanks to her thorough care, they kept my kitten overnight and did all the necessary treatments. Because of her, our baby kitten is still here with us today! I just want to say a huge thank you to her for all her help and advice. I truly appreciate the care she provided. Would definitely recommend this clinic, especially if you get a vet as kind and thorough as she was!

I recently took my dog for a routine vaccine appointment, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention we received. Despite it being a standard visit, the vet (Dimitrios) was incredibly thorough and took the time to ensure my dog was comfortable throughout the entire process. His extensive knowledge and expertise were evident as they answered all my questions and provided valuable advice on my dog's overall health. It was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone looking for exceptional and compassionate veterinary care. We'll definitely be returning for all our future needs!

Despite the other reviews, I have never had a problem here. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, the vets we have met have always offered great care, and the prices are quite affordable (for a vet). Thank you for all the amazing work you do.

My two Cavaliers attended for their annual vaccinations this morning. Staff were welcoming and professional as always. The Vet gave them both a full check up and discussed my concerns about their health, what I need to look out for and the future options available. The notes on the screen were clearly detailed as the vet read their health histories. The knowledge shared was research based & applicable to my dogs. There were informative suggestions & no hard sell. The surgery provided a 'pet remedy' to spray on a supplied mat which helped to calm my excitable dogs. One of them actually lay down resting on it whilst the other was being checked over! As expected, we received thorough profession care today in a pet friendly environment. This is why this I have chosen this practice to care for my dogs throughout their lives. I continue to recommend them highly.

Vets for pets I would highly recommend they are so kind and caring saw me through loosing my to dogs with dignity and kindness wouldn't go anywhere else x

Been with this vets for 12 years with our 2 cats. Always had a pleasant experience( as far as a vets can be). Reception friendly, vets are knowledgable and all have been great with our cats. Mainly we come here for annual vaccs but have had a few visits from cat fight infections and been treated professionally and fairly. Fortunately no major costs yet but with senior cats I will at some point and hope to have same experience. As for those moaning they got a fine from parking in a private, well signed car park to use other businesses they are clearly not customers of this vet and such reviews are left in bitterness. As a customer with 2 cat carriers to carry and children in tow I would rather be able to park in the vets car park nearby rather than negotiating with those popping into Subway and Tescos customers hogging the spaces.
