Took me a while to write this... Unfortunately had to have my baby pts..💔...it was the hardest day of my life... A year later I get an email regarding a paw print and nose boop they had done for me while in their care... I can not even explain the emotions I had from this. She was my world! You will never understand how much that ment to me. So I'd like to say Thank you to all the staff. Your kind act will be treasured to the end❤️ #MyLadyVanelopeVonSchweet. 🐩

Both my pups love all the staff and all the staff love my pups zeus and leigon are treated like royalty at the vets and they look forward to going every time plus when they made a mess there was no fuss. They gave us the equipment to clean and we offered to clean even though they wanted to clean it themselves we wouldn't allow it as it was our pups mess I can't give a high enough rating for them all the staff are amazing expecially Rachel on front desk

The Barn Animal Hospital is a great Vet's they are always on hand to help you with any problems you have and the staff esp the Vets are soo lovely and very good with the patience and the owners. Offering help and advice and show great Empathy when hard decisions have to be made about our loved ones. I have been using there services fir many years now. Thank you for all you have done

Being neurodivergent, I always feel seen and heard here. My girl is always attended to in a loving manner and everyone is friendly and welcoming throughout. It is now one of my safe places and I am really grateful to them for saving my girl’s life and fabulous aftercare. Always clean and a great calming music and video playing to chill animals and humans out before visits.

Lovely staff and great facilities. My dog recently came for a blood test and hydrotherapy. The blood results came back very quickly and Hannah was lovely with him during his hydro. He especially enjoyed all the biscuits from the nurses during his blood test and from reception afterwards.

Farnham Vets have been nothing short of amazing with our little cat Donut! We were chosen by a cat, and our concerns grew for her on a Sunday evening (everywhere else closed). We called ahead and they checked her for a chip, the following evening I brought her back again to be checked for a chip, and they even gave her a little shave to see if she was spayed so I could give more info when trying to find her owners, with 3 members of staff in there to support us. The practitioners I spoke to were so kind, supportive, and informative. Once we decided she was going to stay with us I joined Donut up to their pet plan, and have had no issues getting appointments at times that suit me for all of her jabs, chipping, spaying. The handover after her spaying was so informative and easy to understand. I had issues today with her pulling her little vest off, and there was someone on hand immediately when I arrived to help me find an alternative. And on top of all this the ladies on reception are absolutely lovely. So glad I chose this practice, from someone who has never had to choose a vet! Thank you 🤩

Absolutely fantastic. My cat - ok, my demon-spawn from the deepest pits of hell - has availed himself of all facilities recently over a two-week period, from midnight emergency all the way through to surgery. And he's bitten everybody along the way and now my number seems to be blocked. Odd... All the staff could not have been kind enough and went waaaaay beyond, including trying all other practices for emergency surgery then lovely Lucy rejigged her own busy schedule just for His Fatship's bit of a sore willy. And they tell you comforting stories when you ring at 3am to see how Ikkle Preshus is doing; "happily sedated and snuggled up with his bunny" actually means "despite enough fun meds to floor a rhino he somehow escaped his kennel trailing the IV, have chased him fourteen times round the entire hospital and he's now velcroed to the ceiling spitting ballistic rage and suddenly everyone is too busy to help the night nurse assist the epileptic cactus back to safety. Ours. And we hadn't even opened the door." Dat's ma boy, I am proud. AND he got a Cone of Doooooom and claw-clip for free, can't imagine why. He's turned the cone into an agent of biological warfare and his post-op checks have been carried out from behind safety-glass (and in a bunker) but Fluffikins is restored to normalcy. Ok, lunacy. The Cone has now become a fully evolved life-form so I now have two pets with far too many teeth, an ASBO each and yet another court case pending. I have called it Ethel. AND got the crimbo desecrations sorted: Achievement Unlocked. Thanks all. He's a nutjob but he's my nutjob. You could not have been better. Polly (and Loki Borkface Cholmondeley-Haugh. He's called that for good reason!) And scuse mess in background - I am trapped in spare room with this maniac and he's turning it into the Swamps of Dagoba. I think that might be their revenge...

Fabulous and kind people and lovely and clean . Cats and dog separately seated, which is good. I would really recommend them to anyone needing help with pets xx

My dachshund recently got referred and admitted to Lumbry Park. All of the staff were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and considerate of the situation and provided me with regular updates and photos of my dog during her stay. Jeremy was incredible and cared and operated on my dog and the outcome has been amazing. Thank you for all you have done Lumbry Park, I will be forever grateful x

recently our beautiful golden retriever Rusty was referred here after suddenly falling ill, unfortunately he didn't recover and was put too sleep with my wife and i by his side, obviously we are completely hart broken at the loss of our boy, but what brought us a lot of comfort was the high level of care he received here, our vet Georgia was amazing and explained to us what was happening to Rusty and why, which helped us come to the extremely hard decision to say goodbye, Hopefully we will never need your services again, but if we do, i know we can trust you. thankyou for everything you did. My German Shepherd got referred to Lumbry Park earlier this year to investigate her occasional severe right hind lameness and being stiff getting up in the evenings. I can't thank the team enough for finding out what was causing it because it would randomly come and go and nothing was found previously at her normal vet practice. She ended up having a spinal surgery which was done with the "keyhole" method. Special thank you to Colin Driver who talked me through it many times about the issue with the nerve that Lexy had in her spine and did her surgery. Lexy was back home within 24h and she was good as new! If you didn't know, you couldn't tell she had a spinal surgery just recently. I'm so grateful that Lexy can live a pain free life from now on and hopefully years and years to come. Thank you

Our kitten was referred here following seizures. I can't say enough positive things about the whole experience. The receptionist was fantastic; calmly and patiently sorting out a document issue we had. The clinical specialist was amazing. The information she provided was clear and well communicated, which made us feel more like active partners in the examination and treatment. Cheap vet is an oxymoron, but they were very fair on the pricing. Instead of using our kitten to just 'print money' they actually found or explored options to reduce costs. I'm about as eager to find myself in a vet as I am a police cell or a cemetery ... but this was an A++ experience.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Took my girl in for a day yesterday and they were all reassuring and the information provided when we collected her was super helpful. Her cut was small and neat. Have used this branch for 15 yrs and would never go anywhere else. The only downside is a month after my dogs spay, I got a message saying I owed them money for additional tablets they issued at the operation day, I have paid it, but it was their error as they forgot to add it to the invoice! So be aware of your bill so as not to fall fowl of their errors.

Amazing service again from all at the vets. Took my bunny in without an appointment as she had falling ill very quickly yesterday. Everyone was so helpful and caring. Really show genuine care for pets. Thank you all so much. Bunny doing much better today. .

Very friendly service and always on time. The nurses and vets treat all animals the same from my rats to my kitten. It's better than the vets I last had with my cat years ago. But shame not one closer to basingstoke town centre as its quite a way to go but still worth it.

I’ve been with this vet for many years. I can honestly say I’d never go anywhere else. They look after and treat your beloved pets so incredibly well.

I have very recently attended this vets at opposite ends of dog lives, when my chihuahua needed to be pts and vet checks and injections for a litter of sausage dog puppies and the treatment I received was second to none. The respect and time needed to say my goodbyes to my much loved old girl was second to none and I received a lovely card and forget me not seeds which have been scattered around her grave. Also 5 puppies that were noisy had the utmost attention and not a single sound from them during the actual injection! Thank you

The vets at GP are professional and friendly. My cat had a very bad leg, and I was grateful that she was able to see her usual vet quickly. He examined her, took an x-ray, and understood and treated the problem the same day. She's much better now thanks to GP. Her insurance claim was sorted efficiently too.
