Have been with Cathcart & Winn for many years now, and we always receive excellent service, with a warm, polite, empathetic manner. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, and the spaces clean and tidy. Pricing is competitive and there are great health plans on offer for a monthly fee. Our cat is nearly 15 years old now, and has been seen by C&W since he was a kitten. Over the years he's had various injuries (he's a scrapper!) and illnesses and has always received excellent treatment and kindness.

A very helpful and friendly team of caring people. The vet is extremely good at explaining the best ways possible for best care of our pets and also taking into consideration our feelings also!

Buddy has always received the best care under your supervision, and that commitment continues to this day. On September 23rd, when Buddy suffered his accident, he received immediate basic care at your clinic. Then, on Monday morning, you promptly referred us to the Specialist Clinic in Winchester, where the diagnosis based on their examinations was devastating: a spinal fracture. In challenging times, the importance of empathy and support cannot be overstated, and I am grateful for the compassion you showed during this difficult transition. Your clinic's collaboration with specialists like the Winchester Clinic brings peace of mind. Buddy underwent a 6-hour surgery with the implantation of 8 implants, and his condition is stable. I know that post-operation, he will require further care, and I'm thankful for your part in his journey to recovery.
