Absolutely could not fault Waterlooville staff and the way they looked after my Westie Holly. She had a lump removed and they were very professional and caring towards Holly giving me aftercare advice . Holly was very happy and had been really looked after thank you !

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Always so welcoming and helpful, they spoil my boy too! Very informative, considerate and patient- the entire staff, not just the vets. They have supported puppy and me much more than they realise. Fantastic team, we are incredibly grateful.

Really friendly staff and couldn’t do enough to help. Anna has been particularly wonderful when treating my cat. She has taken the time to listen and work out the best plan to treat my cat that works for everyone. She has been brilliant. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic care and staff are friendly and helpful. We have been with this Vet's for a long time with our Cat's Rosie and Milo and sadly Milo was very poorly and had to be put to sleep 2yrs ago but staff were so caring at that difficult time.

Always pick up phone in a reasonable time, they listen and are polite. Spotlessly clean surgery . Keep good records of pets medical records. Understand your needs and sympathetic and caring towards pet. Have been with them for over 10 years and would recommend

We and our son have received excellent veterinary care for our three dogs over the past seven years. Edward is always very courteous and willing to give telephone advice as well as spend time explaining a diagnosis and treatment plan. He certainly loves animals and none of our dogs have ever been reluctant to visit him. Moreover, Edward provides a personal service so our animals have got to know and trust him. I only wish that I could receive such timely care and of a similar high standard as a human patient! As for costs, we have never felt overcharged. Sometimes, Edward cannot magic a cure as in the case of our cat, but it was worth every penny to know that he had tried.

Edward is the most lovely vet. I take my dog and rescued guinea pigs to see him whenever they need routine or emergency care. He has always been incredibly kind and generous with his time and advice. My dog has seen him since she was a puppy - she loves to visit him and rolls over immediately - she only does that for people she really likes and trusts. Edward was also wonderful when dealing with a very poorly guinea pig - he made the little chap far more comfortable and gave him as much attention as a large animal - which some vets don’t do. I recommend Edward unreservedly and am so glad he is in the village to look after our furry companions.

Edward is the most kind,caring,professional Vet I have ever had.The first time he ever came to visit Cleo(a very fiesty indoor cat)He was so gentle but she wasn't having any of it.He didn't give up he returned to the surgery and brought his nurse back with him.And although he didn't see much of Cleo from then he didn't forget her.I knew I could ring Edward for help and advice. And today he came for the last time.He was wonderful and made it so calm and peaceful.Thank you Edward and Anne.

Thank you both so much for caring for our dog. Edward explained everything he did and even let us stay with him if he ever had an operation until he was sedated. Our beloved dog lived until he was 13 and the end was very peaceful and calm, even though Edward was called out on a Sunday evening. Would highly recommend Edward.

Thank you to Vet Henry Deakin and the entire team for everything you did for our 17 month old Alaskan Malamute Merlin who sadly died of IMHA on 29 April. Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

No complaints from me. The staff were extremely attentive and my dogs needs were met and addressed by nurses and specialists who clearly enjoy their work. There was no pressure to undertake potentially unnecessary (and expensive) scans and I was updated daily on my dog's progress.

Southern counties were able to diagnose and treat our dog, saving his life! We highly recommend the work they do in treating our pets! Their communication is great and they talk through treatment plans. Our dog has been referred twice and both times have been really anxiety provoking, but at every point we have been reassured by the care they have given Maurice.

I’ve been taking my pup Murphy for a few months now and it’s been amazing. I’ve learnt so much and Murphy the loves socialising with all the other dogs. The trainers are fantastic always helpful and welcoming and most of all patience with me!

I bought Merlin to the puppy foundation course when he was 12 weeks old, we have passed puppy and bronze and are now on Silver. Fun and informative lessons, easy to get to, free parking

If you need any training advice at home or a puppy class/ training class there is nowhere else better. I used The Academy of Modern Canine Behaviour and Training for both 121s and a training class. My pooch responded very well to training in the class and the 121 appointments worked brilliantly to remove some home only issues. All the team were brilliant and very helpful. All advice was fantastic and over all I couldnt be happier with all training and help provided. I can't recommend AMCBT enough !!

On Christmas morning 2024, it was evident that our little boys time to leave us had come. This out of hours vets were invaluable on that day. Although I didn’t get there in time for them to help Huckleberry, they helped me more than they’ll know. Their kindness will not be forgotten. I absolutely recommend this vets.

We called MiNightVet because our cat was limping quite badly and we wanted him seen quickly fearing a broken bone or infection. The service was excellent, I had an appointment inside an hour, the vet was friendly and professional, the diagnosis and my options regarding treatment were explained in detail and other advice was really helpful. It is not a cheap option, no vetinary treatment is, but given this was a Saturday Evening and my cat was given medication both at the vets and to take away, I felt it was a very reasonable charge and certainly preferable to seeing my little buddy in pain for the rest of the weekend. Great service and 5 stars from me.

I knew my beautiful dog needed a helping hand to cross rainbow bridge. My angel was given first class treatment. Molly was just so genuine and caring. Nick the vet who treated Gwen was outstanding. One of the hardest nights of my life and I couldn’t have asked for more compassion. Molly and Nick went above and beyond. My other dog jumped in the car and wouldn’t come out so when we arrived at the practice, Molly brought out a lead and then picked Gwen up and carried her in. I visited this vet on Saturday as an emergency appointment. It was arranged very quickly and when I got there my guinea pig was seen straight away. Zoe the vet was incredibly kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional and she looked after us so well. Highly recommend.

So happy Keri at K9 &Co was recommended to me, she is so caring and reliable. My dog Mia had a tendency to refuse walks previously, but with Keri's love and care she loves her walks now. Keri always keeps me updated with photos and video's, and I can see how much Mia is enjoying herself, and she always comes home ready for a nap.

Keri has been our lovely dog walker for several years. Our pooch is always excited to see her when she arrives to collect him and if we see her when we're out walking he always runs over to say hello. Keri is reliable and trustworthy and turns up whatever the weather to take him on lovely and interesting walks. I highly recommend her.

Keri is fantastic with her dog friends! She's professional but very friendly and happy with them. Keri is alert and can see any possible dangers ahead!! Knowledge is power and Keri has masses of knowledge and experience in dog behaviour. I've witnessed keri walking her dogs over and above the hour, unlike several other dog walkers.
