No complaints from me. The staff were extremely attentive and my dogs needs were met and addressed by nurses and specialists who clearly enjoy their work. There was no pressure to undertake potentially unnecessary (and expensive) scans and I was updated daily on my dog's progress.

Every one made you feel welcome and are so loving and caring to our little Willow. I have never seen her be so happy going to a vets she could not wait to get in there and get spoilt like she did. She loved her cuddles from all the girls who looked after her Also a big thank you to Alba keeping us updated after her big OP Thank you from Willow her son snd daughter plus human family xx

Unfortunately my poor spaniel has spent too much time at Southern Counties, thankfully they are such a caring, professional & specialist vet that each time Lola visits we know she is in such safe hands, we are constantly kept up to date with Lola's condition and welfare which helps ease the worry. Cannot recommend Southern County Vets enough!!

Southern counties were able to diagnose and treat our dog, saving his life! We highly recommend the work they do in treating our pets! Their communication is great and they talk through treatment plans. Our dog has been referred twice and both times have been really anxiety provoking, but at every point we have been reassured by the care they have given Maurice.

Thank you to Vet Henry Deakin and the entire team for everything you did for our 17 month old Alaskan Malamute Merlin who sadly died of IMHA on 29 April. Despite the heartbreaking outcome we think of you all with great fondness & respect for everything you did to try & save him and for the outstanding end of life care delivered. Thank you we are incredibly grateful.
