Charlotte and Ryan were brilliant with us as hosts of their gently controlled puppy parties over the last couple of weeks. The timing of it is ideal (vaccination-wise) and their depth of knowledge was so helpful in answering all our questions, plus their enthusiasm about our new puppies was really encouraging and supportive. I have brought all of my animals here since 2011 and will continue to do so (we have 10 animals). The staff are knowledgeable, caring, supportive and professional.
