Gemma and the team were truly amazing for us as we underwent the devastating loss of our spaniel recently. Nothing was too much trouble and the final moments were handled with such reverence and respect. We didn't feel rushed at any point. Passing through on holiday, and my dog developed an infected wound after a recent operation. We contemplated cutting our trip short but this kind and helpful vets practice squeezed us in for an urgent appointment, contacted our own vets for our dogs extensive history(!), dispensed antibiotics as well as fab advice on a whole host of things including walking routes and campsites! People of Lymington are lucky to have such a fab vet practice on their doorstep. Thank you!

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses. A great practice 👌

My pet was recently referred to Anderson Moores and had emergency and will have on-going treatment there. It’s really hard to entrust him to people I’ve only met once (even if they are fully qualified vets and the best possible people to help him)! But the care and treatment he received was speedy and so caring. All staff have been fantastic with me too. Great care taken to explain things to me. Importantly to me, the liaison with my local veterinary practice has been brilliant so I can be sure my pet continues to get the best possible care from both practices and everyone has current notes. The atmosphere at Anderson Moores is very calm, a massive help at a time of distress.

I had an excellent experience with this vets. The staff were incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. The vet who tended to Koko was exceptionally kind and gentle. He handled her with great care and made sure she felt comfortable and at ease. It is evident that Koko is in good hands, and I truly appreciate the compassionate treatment she received. I highly recommend this surgery.

I've been with this vet practice for a few years now and since day 1 both the vet team and reception staff have been very warm, understanding, kind and attentive to my pets needs. The vets have always been lovely and happy to answer any questions and I even got a follow up call about my pet to see how he is doing the following day. Every vet I've seen here is passionate about animals and has treated my pets like they were their own.

The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.

Without doubt the best vets in the area, by a long way. We have been coming here since 2020 when my cat needed an operation - with Claire’s excellent care she is now still in perfect health - another vet practice told me to have her put down! Moira and Kim on reception are both lovely, very kind and friendly both on coming in and leaving, and very helpful on the phone. Claire is by far the best vet we have ever visited, excellent thorough advice and explains things really clearly but also so warm and friendly. Always have fantastic service here and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Lovely people. They treated our dog for a nasty cut on his paw even though we're not local or registered with them. After care Amazing. Update:- check up for our puppy and vaccination boosters for our Husky this morning. Excellent service in and out very quickly.

Our first use of Orchard for many years; our new puppy was unwell and we brought her in for a short notice check up. From reception to vet the staff were considerate and professional. An excellent service.

Our very sincere and heartfelt thanks to Clare for her amazing kindness and compassion when we had to say goodbye to our dear little girl Nala. Clare explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully and let us have a few minutes with Nala which although heartbreaking we did need to have. So thank you Clare. Was referred for an emergency appointment for my little chihuahua that had a piece of wood embedded in his eye ball and unfortunately had to have surgery. Anna, the ophthalmologist was reassuring and really nice and done a great job with him. Everyone from the nurses to the receptionists were friendly and helpful. They helped with with the insurance side of it as well, which I am grateful for. Would definitely recommend them.

Wanted to mention and thank Seadown Vet Shafak for being so thorough in looking after our beloved cat Munchie. After several weeks of issues with a non- healing wound to his tail Shafak managed to find the cause..a broken tooth that had caused a mouth abcess. It would appear this caused Munchie to start attacking his tail to distract from his painful mouth. It is thanks to Shafak Munchie is finally on the mend. Everyone at Pennington and New Milton are fantastic. My Max was very poorly not that we knew at the time and his care was exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Forest lodge have looked after Max since he was a puppy andi would never go anywhere else. All the staff are friendly and accommodating and Max is very comfortable when he is there

Our puppy Chase had an overnight stay at Stokewood vets and I cannot tell you how thankful I am for all the wonderful staff, especially Adrian. It is a privilege to have Chase at Stokewood. All of you did your best for him and provided high quality care and love for our Chase and I cannot thank you enough for that. These challenging times are hard for everyone but I am so appreciative for all of the staff members as it is no different for all of you doing your day to day job at the very best you can for all the pets that come your way. So thank you. I am so glad we have gone with this vets and from the bottom of my heart am so pleased with the care you gave my puppy and will forever be thankful for it. It is so surreal with everything going on but for these amazing staff members it is no different seeing as they are still working. I am so grateful their are people like all of you in these world.
