Always helpful and everyone one there is so kind. They make my dog feel at ease going there. 100% would always reccomend here .

Always the best care. We have 6 cats and I feel like they know them all! I ring in and they remember me. I turn up and they always greet me in such a friendly way! They are great with the animals. Have been to many vets over the years and these guys are the best!

I took my tiny puppy for her jabs here; everyone was so friendly and put both the puppy and I at ease! Professional manner and good communication from the vet herself. I would thoroughly recommend

I want to publicly express our thanks to the fantastic team at Forest Veterinary Clinic on Carvers Industrial Estate. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Diesel after 15 wonderful years. 🌈 We have been seeing Roger Stobbs for all of Diesel’s life and it only seemed right that he was the one that helped us say goodbye. My 11 year old daughter wanted to be there too and the care, understanding, patienece and compassion shown by Roger and all of the team was incredible. Just over a week on we today received an unexpected card from the team and a paw print from Diesel. This simple touch means a huge amount and we were very touched. 🐾 Thank you, Forest Vets, for being so amazing 💙

Absolutely love this practice Roger, the other vets, nurses and staff are just lovely! Always feel well informed about any situation and always leave feeling comfortable in what we need to do going forward, couldnt rate this place high enough and they always make a fuss of our remy and our new addition Indy!

Where do I start with this amazing practise. On the first day of our holiday one of our dogs injured his foot, we phoned around the different vets and from first call with Fernhill, we felt instantly like we were in the best hands. They did everything in their power to help us and our dog to get better and were very very fair on price also. We can not thank them enough for their dedication and care. Would recommend to everyone 100%.

We have been going to Fernhill Vets for a few years now and we can say without a doubt it is the most caring vet practice we have visited with our dog Harrie(t) who sadly we had to say goodbye. The vet Roanne and staff have always been understanding, empathetic and reassuring. On Harrie’s sunset day she and us were look after with care and dignity in what must be the hardest decision for any pet owner and vet. We will miss Harrie dearly but we shall hold onto all those good times and unconditional love she gave us for her 14 years. Although it feels at the moment so awful - it was not the wrong decision and we thank Fernhill Vets for helping us come to the right decision for Harrie. After 14 years a whole new pattern to life. Early days, so loved and missed Harrie. Thank you.

From my initial enquiry to ask about joining the practise to receiving my first visit to my donkeys I have found Celtic to be friendly and professional in their approach. I got the feeling that they really enjoyed what they were doing and were more than happy to spend time with their clients. Chloe's common sense approach to treatment was a breath of fresh air and I look forward to cementing my relationship with the practise. In these days of high costs it is good to know I am paying for a vets expertise without lining the pockets of share holders. Delighted I have made the move.

Chloe has been a great vet and very consistent. It is lovely to have someone consistent when they take care of my horse as her own and notice any changes in our check ups. They are always helpful in the office when booking appointments and also when noting things down on the records to ensure that I provide the best care for my horse. Celtic have been amazing through my experience and I will always speak highly of the equipment that they have ready to use if necessary!

Firstly I'd like to thank Caroline for everything she did for my boy Harbour. In all honesty, when I found him unable to move in the middle of the field I thought it was all over, but Caroline's cool head and quick action enabled us to get him in and in and safe. Turned out he'd impaled himself on something, which required a standing operation. Caroline's surgical skills to unearth the rather impressive fragment of wood buried deep in his leg were second to none. He's not the easiest of horses, being a young ex-racer thoroughbred, but I love him and we are eternally grateful and so glad you've joined Celtic. 🥰 I'd also like to complement the rest of the team - everyone I have dealt with is so proficient & professional but also so kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Celtic.

Thanks to Caroline for sorting out my pony's abscess. She has been kind, skillful and patient. The staff have all been friendly and very helpful since we joined the practice. As a follow-up to my review my pony had developed quite a needle phobia after needing a lot of procedures over the winter. Chloe has been absolutely fantastic using positive behaviour techniques to desensitise her. With great patience and good humour she was able to do a dental check and take a blood sample with no drama at all. Cannot thank her enough.

I called the practice at 9 am on Monday morning to register as a client and book my cat in for an appointment. We were in with the vet just over an hour later. All the staff were friendly and the vet Alison was excellent. Very happy cat and owner. I would recommend the practice.

We lost our little princess lulu nickname today at 3pm she was our world. We want to thank fiona and the staff so much.

I've been with Gregg and his team for a while now, I have never found a vet that care as much as they do and give such a personalised service. When our old boy passed away last year they truly looked after us during a time of immense grief. I couldn't recommend them more!

Wonderful people.. They were very kind and patient with me for what was a very hard day saying goodbye to my long time friend. We felt cared for and well looked after. My 💖 was truly happy when I left. Also they sent me a card with her paw print as a keep sake. I could not recommend them enough they truly are lovely kind people.

Although my visit had a very upsetting outcome, it was through no fault of the staff. They were very informative and reassuring. I would absolutely take my tortoise there if I had another one.

I have a bearded dragon that I rescued and Stan has been wonderful, explaining all the things I needed to know as she has MBD and a mouth rot. I have been three times to Magnolia House and each time, I have felt nothing but welcome and reassured by all staff. Stan was also very understanding of my financial situation and thought this through before telling me what needed to be done. I'm very happy with Magnolia House and would definitely recommend any body with Exotic pets to go here.

First time using magnolia vets today for my rat, she had a burst abscess. So impressed with the vet and the treatment. Very reasonably priced and can’t thank them enough. Everyone is so kind! Highly recommend.

Such lovely staff. I was so scared about taking my pet in and found it all rather scary but they were just the best they helped calm me and her down. Great Vets, they genuinely care about animals and want to help them. The prices are surprisingly cheap too. They saved my dogs life when other Vets wanted to put her down.

Gemma and the team were truly amazing for us as we underwent the devastating loss of our spaniel recently. Nothing was too much trouble and the final moments were handled with such reverence and respect. We didn't feel rushed at any point. I've been going to this vets with our old lady of a cat for almost 18 years and every time I'm impressed with the level of care and time taken to explain the options. They even have a cat friendly "quiet dog free zone" in the waiting area for scaredy cats. Would highly recommend to all 👍

Our Westie, Pixie, underwent TPLO (on both legs) surgery in March. It was traumatic for her and us, but with Anderson Moores' skills and care, we could not thank the Team enough, especially that of her Consultant, Kate Holroyd. Exceptional care for my dog Eddie by truly knowledgable specialists. Eddie was referred in the middle of the night and after a two hour journey to Winchester I was welcomed by Eliana, Jorge and the clinical team who immediately jumped into action. Their care for my dog and concern for my piece of mind has been unmatched from specialists to front desk to nurses. I highly recommend Anderson Moores, in case of urgent care. Also it is located at a beautiful, clean and well looked after premise in the countryside. Thank you so much team for fixing my darling boy!

We have an almost 2 year old American Bulldog Gus, who has just had TPLO surgery, I cannot praise Anderson Moores enough for their service, from the initial consultation with Maria who spent nearly an hour explaining what she surgery entailed, how she would do it and the recovery process we were instantly put at ease, she was clear, concise and above all kind, the professionalism, empathy and kindness shown to us and Gus throughout has been amazing. Juan Carlos too has been amazing, nothing is too much trouble. We are in the recovery process now, and is a long road ahead but feel we are In the best hands, at no time have we been made to feel a nuisance with the endless worries and questions we've posed, top notch service, top notch vets, admin team and nurses.
