I can't say enough about the vet and staff that were on duty the night of the 22nd of August when an awful accident took the life of my beautiful Pom Rhino. You tried your best but it was to late. You were all so kind but more then anything thank you when a month later a card arrived and you had taken prints of his paws. The thought was beautiful and your words so touching. Excellent emergency vets. They saw our dog so quickly. The vet explained everything clearly. The cost was explained to us before we got there and after consultation due the need of emergency surgery. They contacted us after the operation and I was able to phone them later for an update. When our dog was discharged the medication and care was clearly explained.
