I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Works come with a guarantee for peace of mind.

Carried out a roof Repair involving a replacement tile and ridge tile repointing on a pediment. They also checked the felt underneath for any damage. After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Hi everyone I would really recommend this company for any Roofing repairs. Felix spotted a damaged beam which he repaired but 2 other companies missed it. All the work was completed in the time I was told and they cleared the rubbish and swept up. The guys were friendly and polite. I need future work done and I will be getting them back in.

Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

Highly recommend ! We had our dormer roof replaced early September 2023. From the quote to after service this company delivered a professional and courteous service . I Had some broken tiles on my porch roof and the lead flashing needed doing too, was worried it would be too smaller job for a reputable roofing company to do, but I was wrong. After replacing my bay windows, I needed to replace the lead flashing and canopy. I contacted several so-called specialist companies who either did not turn up or were not interested in undertaking the work. One independent said he could do the job (August 2024) then he said he had a holiday and made excuse after excuse and then gave me a date (Jan 2025)! So, what has this got to do with a review for Roofserve, they simply are not like this and are very professional. I contacted Roofserve and very quickly a site visit was arranged so an exact price could be calculated. The surveyor arrived exactly on time and used a high-tech camera to take pictures of the condition of the original lead work. He explained everything very clearly and said a quote would be available in a couple of days. The quote duly arrived and I accepted and made arrangements for the work to be completed (Sept 2024). Geof and Kev arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a very professional way. They were happy to answer any questions, and cleaned up the work area when they had completed the work. The standard of the work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofserve and in particular Geof and Kev.
