Phil and Matt came this week to sort out our gutters. The ends were dripping and there was a leak that meant with the heavy rain water was gushing down the wall. . They sealed the ends, repaired cracks and thoroughly cleaned them. They are professional, polite and 2 really nice blokes that know their stuff. We are really happy with their work and would highly recommend. They took their time to make sure the job was done properly and a fair price. Thanks so much Phil and Matt! Brilliant job

Boden's replaced my gutters and completed some minor repairs. Friendly service and a good job done at a good price. They even removed an old Satalite dish at no extra cost.

After reaching out to many roofers, I contacted Matt & Phil. At the time they were booked up and I can see why as their standards are extremely high so they are clearly in demand. Matt got back to me as soon as they had time to inspect. Matt communicated every step of the way and I was really impressed! I had regular texts and calls to keep me updated and they were on time! The job they did was great too. They were really considerate and polite. They cleaned up and the job was done to a high standard. Boden Property Maintenance came out to sort out the chimney after birds got in, and fixed some broken slates and repointed too. They were superb - no fuss, just a fantastic job at a reasonable cost. I would 100% recommend using them.
