John is one of the best tradesmen I've come across. My partner and I have dealt with many so-called professionals, but very few compare to John. After a quick call, John was out the same day to give us a quote. We needed our soffits, fascias, and gutters done. From the initial quote, John was clear, polite, and professional. The job took 2 and a half days, and his communication was excellent, always calling ahead. John was the cleanest tradesperson we've ever encountered; there was no mess to clean up afterward. I contacted Edward about replacing my soffits/fascia’s after storm damage. He called me back the same day and came out the next day to take a look and gave a very competitive quote. He was very easy to talk to & obviously took great pride in his work so we said yes there and then. He started the job within a couple of days & worked right up until Xmas Eve to get the job finished, always turning up on time every day. They worked hard all day with minimal breaks and did a first class job & I would definitely call him again for any future roofing needs.

Contacted Edward in the morning following water leaking into the loft from the roof. Edward and the team arrived in the afternoon to investigate the problem. Following diagnosis, I was shown photos of the failed areas and given a quotation for the works, once greed the team commenced right away. The team were friendly, very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone and will be booking in future roof works on our daughter’s house. If I could score these guys 6, I would. Easy to contact, reliable and professional. The 2 guys fixing my flat rooves were polite, knowledgeable and happy to explain/answer any of my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The job was completed on time and they left absolutely no mess (considering the amount of work done this is remarkable). Ridge tiles needed repointing as water was getting in. Mike came out promptly, reviewed the job and gave me a quote same day. Very happy with the job. 2 ridges re-pointed, neat and tidy and no more water ingress. I would use R&R again.

Mike is the best! He has sorted a couple of roof issues out for me, He always attends the job quickly, and ensures we know when he is coming. He takes photographs to ensure we can see what the issues are, advises on solutions, sometimes giving a variety of options. he quotes for these, always very reasonable, and then gets the job done expeditiously. Mike was great in having the work done within a week. He kept me informed sending photos of his work and giving the once over on the condition on the rest of the roof. I will recommend him to family and friends.

As usual, Mike came very quickly (this time to fix a loose ridge tile). His work is very good, he explains things, and he charge reasonable fees for the jobs he does.

I contacted John after the storm as my roof edges were hanging off. After sending him pictures he gave a price and said he would get to me ASAP. Within a few days he rang to say he was on his way and came within 20 minutes. He just did the job with no fuss. I feel I can sleep easy now knowing it's not going to fall off and damage my neighbours car. He is a really nice man and very genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I have already asked him to do another job and he will let me know when he can do it. I have every confidence in him.

John has done a few jobs for me over the last 10 years or so and his work is always first class. True gent. He fitted a flat roof to my garage and now after 10 years an insurance inspection has found the roof is still in excellent condition. The work stands the test of time! Highly recommended.

Texted last night with details and pictures of a repair required on my daughter’s roof after the weekend’s storms. Within 10 minutes I had a very reasonable price and after a few more minutes had arranged for the job to be done today, got a text message at around 9am today to say he was on his way. The job was done without any fuss and although I wasn’t there my daughter tells me he was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.

Iv also seen there vans knocking about round Wigan years so I also knew they had experience. Martin came out to give us a quote the day after we contacted him. He explained everything really well and gave us a very good price for the job. The work was completed to a high standard and he even fixed a few other issues. We are very happy with the end result.

The waterproof layer in my roof is broken. Contact them, and Martin will come to my house to check and make professional advice. The construction staff is professional and polite, on time, and will take regular photos to explain the progress of work. I got in touch with MGK Plastics as I needed an emergency repair done to some ridge tiles on our roof following a storm. Martin responded very quickly and arranged for the work to be done the following day. The team arrived on time and did a great (and very tidy) job. Recently had a full re-roof done by John. Would highly recommend to anyone. From the initial messages regarding the work through to completion, John was straightforward and professional. John even sorted out the bay window roof and gutterings for an extra £200, a job which we knew needed doing but hadn’t actually asked John about (we should have done!), it would have cost £1000+ to have it done separately and so for John to see it and do it for £200 was really appreciated. Very happy with the new roof and again would highly recommend to anyone wanting any roofing work done.

Have called several roofer before for the leaking roof, but no one helped to spot the source of leak. John and his team came and inspected the roof very detailedly. And concluded that the leak caused since the roof is too flat instead of any tile broken. They helped to install new rubber roof and job done in two days. No problem now and hope it could last as long as possible👍
