Excellent service from start to finish! Rob was brilliant throughout. He made sure he found a way to access the roof for our initial consultation without risking any damage to our property and was very professional and friendly. Rob took photos and videos and explained the issue well. Rob and his team were immediately available to fix the issue and on the day, were very efficient and did a great job. We also had good communication throughout.

On the day of the job Rob let us know about an additional issue which he and his team worked hard to complete in order to avoid the need for a return visit. Communication was clear and professional and Rob provided photos and videos of the required work with the quote - and then again when the work was completed. Rob was able to expertly diagnose the issue with our roof. He was very responsive on messages and carried out the work in a very quick time period. I will not hesitate in contacting him again if i need help with a roof.

Phoned Rob a few weeks ago as had a leak in the living room. He visited promptly and diagnosed the issue to from the cracked membrane on in the valley on roof. Work was booked in for 3 days later and completed to a high standard. Leak has subsequently stopped and issue resolved. Would recommend Roofer in Tooting and would use again.
