Jason and team were astounding from the get-go! Starting with a rapid response when I initially called, they quickly found the root of the problem, and came back the next day to show me what was happening on my roof using their drone. They went immediately to work fixing the flashings and tiles that was causing the leak and were able to point out a further issue with the chimney with no pressure at all to procced. Top marks for Jason and his team. Had a problem with water coming into the house and was worried about the worst case scenario. We got three separate quotes from local roofers and decided to go with JBM. Jason and his team quickly diagnosed the problem as mainly due to very old and leaky guttering.
