Took my Canadian cousin today for last food before going home, he loved it, ticked all the boxes, authentic, good quality food, friendly service. It doesn't need to look fancy, it was clean with lots of clients - that says a lot. If you don't want the big chain boring fayre but prefer something like home cooked breakfast check it out.

An impromptu night down the river and stopped in on an old favourite. Haven't been hear in many years. Food is still delicious. The hosts were great. Definitely will recommend and come back :)

This is a really good Indian restaurant. The food is great! The service is very good. The atmosphere in the main dining area is very pleasant. The dining at the back has less atmosphere, but that may suit. The only reason I didn’t give 5 is there is always room to be wowed! However, this is a great restaurant. Give it a go👍

Since I’ve moved back to Sunbury I’ve been desperately looking for some top quality breakfast, and I’m absolutely delighted to have come across this place during my morning walk. An absolute vibe and top quality British food. Had the breakfast burger with a coffee and chips and all I have to say is wow, they do not skimp out on the fillings had a packed burger with beautifully fried onions sausage bacon and egg with a couple of beef patties. Chips were nostalgic and remind me of when I went to snake and ladders as a child. Coffee was alright and it’s nice they offer it, this has been a brilliant start to my day and is probably the best breakfast I’ve found so far. The value is mad and I’d pay more I will definitely be coming here often. They even have tables and chairs and have proper plates so you can dine in.

This is our local Indian restaurant of choice. Visiting since April 2021 We have taken family and friends to this place and let me tell you it does not disappoint. The service is great and the food is very tasty. We will keep visiting and bringing people over ;)

The food was amazing, super tasty and authentic and good portion sizes. The service was great and they provided a high chair for our baby. We felt that it was reasonably priced and there were 2 car parks nearby with free parking after 7pm

From start to end this was an experience like no other. Everything left you wanting more, much more! Those copper pots hold so much especially rice. It was a birthday treat for my partner and i mentioned this in passing. The last picture shows that no matter the size of the gesture it meant everything. If youre looking for a run of the mill indian restaurant then go elsewhere. This is definitely somewhere very special that serves incredible food. We cannot wait to go back. My recommendation of the year without a doubt

We have only recently moved to the area and were looking for our next amazing local restaurant. Well tonight we have found it. Service and food was amazing and the restaurant itself had such a nice friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back and be bringing others

Lovely Sunday night treat for just me and mum as we were staying in the area. Food and wine were delicious, service fantastic and good value too. Gorgeous little place !

Lovely pub, rules are quite simple and clear and it doesn’t help when people turn up with beer in plastic glasses from other bars. Says it all really!! Maybe certain people shouldn’t be so liberal in calling others racist or facist, I think that’s a slander offence too or does it only apply one way?

A community meeting place with an outdoor beer garden and lots of other amenities, the toilets are spotlessly clean and the staff are polite and competent. Definitely a pub to visit whilst in Sunbury village, you won't be disappointed!

A fantastic place for food or just a drink. The space is beautiful and varied in layout. Staff are very welcoming and enjoy having dogs indoors too. Food was delicious and freshly made. Staff are so professional and caring. I love this place and can't wait to come back again

Great pub with amazing classic pub food. Our party opted for roast dinners and the food did not disappoint, it was dinner as expected. The portions were really good size and the beef slices were cooked to perfection (medium rare) with crispy roasted potatoes and Yorkshire pud. Root vegetables are served speratly and they all we prepared really good. Desserts also were amazing. There is a kids menu also for under 14 with classic pub options. Highly recommended.

The waiter was lovely and super chilled and was helpful. And a good atmosphere for Sunday lunch. My chicken with trimmings (£20) was okay. I had much better Sunday roast in other places. Good location as you can go for a nice walk along the Thames after. I would recommend the pub!

This is a nice pub next to the river with lots of seating options (indoor, outdoor covered, outdoor next to the river, they even have cabins). The menu is diverse and the food was generally good. We really liked the rillettes and the grilled fish.

What a great place! Only dropped in randomly but will definitely be back when I can. Love the food, staff are crazy but I like that. Coffee out of this world.

I went with my family there, the food was so delicious and well presented, especially their pasta , paninies and coffees , I personally love the way of preparing salads, staff is very nice and cooperative, me and my family had very Good time there, I am looking forward to visit again.🌹🥰

Working in the local area, i found Little Italy, walked in at 4.45pm and was greated with a smile ! Food was to take away and was very nice, especially the lemon cake. Overall a very nice experience.

Ordered the Italian breakfast. Service was quick and attentive. Small local cafe, good value for money. Would recommend some music playing in the background to generate some atmosphere.

Food and service is amazing. Lovely cosy pub with attentive staff. Slight issue with one of our dishes which was dealt amazingly by the team. Highly recommend.

I just came for breakfast so cannot comment on the rooms. Breakfast however was superb. I ordered eggs Benedict with gammon and it was to die for. Poached eggs were cooked to perfection. I eat very small portions so for me personally portion was too big but nevertheless food was AMAZING!!! Compliments to chef. Staff was very attentive too :)

The Hare and Hounds in Sunbury is a gem of a pub! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a pint. The staff were friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The beer selection was top-notch, and the pint I had was just what I needed to unwind. I highly recommend this pub for anyone looking for a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. I’ll definitely be back!

Our first time in this pub. Went looking for a vegetarian Sunday Roast. Never easy to find & almost always disappointing. Not in this case though! The veggie Roast here was great! served with 4 veg, nicely cooked, lovely seasoned roast potatoes & Yorkshire puddings. They had all the meat options too.

The Sunday roast was good quality food but was served up luke warm. We had the meals replaced with no problem. Was confused why it was served up like this as it wasn't busy while we were there.

Enjoyable Sunday dinner. Easy to book and then alter our booking as we were earlier than expected. Good sized dinner, all had the beef. Parsnips and sprouts touch harder than we like but that's a personal choice. Good selection of beers on tap plus alcohol free Guinness 👌. All at good prices and service. Would recommend it.
