What a fantastic new restaurant for Leatherhead. Ate here last night for a special birthday. The food was outstanding, everything we ate between us. The staff are so friendly and helpful without being in the least bit intrusive. The restaurant was quiet as it is new and people need to go and try it. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful meal here at very reasonable prices: three courses and a 250ml glass of wine for £45. The service was very attentive and the waiters were friendly and engaging to just the right degree without being invasive. It was a pleasure to chat with them actually. The food was extremely tasty, and when three of my mussels were left in the bowl because they hadn't opened, the waiter even offered to get me a small extra portion, but that wasn't necessary. Highly recommended.

Today my son had Futboll match close to leathearhead , And once it was finished we as a family thought to have lunch in town , that’s how we found OsteriA Toscana , we was in for a real treat Honestly from the moment we stepped foot in until the moment we steeped foot out we were treated like king and queens prince and princess , A huge and big thanks to Alfonso What a guy , hi looked after my family and myself with a smile and courtesy that is very rare this days to find where ever you go , so thank you for the unforgettable and memorable day that you made to you and all of you , we will see you soon

Ate in here over the weekend and the burgers were really good. There was a very good choice on the menu too. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend

The waiter, Gazally was very polite and professional and we enjoyed speaking with him. He made our lunch that much more enjoyable. The food, as always, was delicious! We often order takeaways from the GBC but today we decided to visit the restaurant which was great. Highly recommend!

The food is exquisite, the burgers have the perfect ratio of burger to beef the right crisp and rich flavour of fries! But the best past of the wonderful service Javed the wonderful waiter saw it was my birthday and sent out a special ice cream free of charge to celebrate, his efficiency and kindness is unmatched. Be sure to stop by and enjoy this fantastic cuisine and atmosphere when craving a burger!

A very decent place to have a quick lunch or dinner with family and friends. The servers were all very nice, welcoming and attentive and the food in addition to the food service came relatively quickly (although it was pretty empty when we were there). The food itself was nothing out of this world but tasty for the most part and very reasonably priced in today’s economy. The beef burgers are definitely the way to go however. I ordered a fried chicken burger and was a little disappointed with its texture: it didn’t taste too fresh and wasn’t so dissimilar from a frozen chicken burger from Waitrose. The beef burgers however seemed to be much better. The curly fries on side were very tasty as well. We also had desert and the ice cream scoops were offered in a range of flavours and tasted good. The biggest shock on the menu is honestly the drinks and their wildly disproportionate pricing. A glass of fresh orange juice costs £8! That’s mental. Besides that, the cost and relatively quiet (on most days) atmosphere is nice for some privacy when conversing. Would recommend

I was a bit apprehensive to get food from here as kfc is normally my go-to at the services, but today something made my try something new, and I wasn't disappointed, amazing flavours and good sized portions . My picture was half way through so I'd already eaten alot of the chicken , definitely my new go to services food .

Great food, but more importantly a friendly and efficient team. I went today at a very busy time and Linda was fantastic as well as her colleague who helped me after i split my drink! The staff here are an absolutely amazing asset to a great business. Love it!

Service was fairly quick considering the queue, a good amount of choice and great tasting food. Seating area was in the communal area. There's an app too fir free food rewards etc. Thank you

Superb Sunday Roast. Party of 5 and every one of us had a perfect meal in a great setting. The restaurant looks recently refurbished (April '24) and is set in fantastic grounds. Also, wanted to say a big thanks to Salete for looking after us so well, always smiling and a perfect service throughout. We will be back.

Five star food, friendly staff and good service for a decent price. I had prawns, which were delicious and the portion size was excellent. The only down side is that the restaurant was a bit cold on the day I visited (but it was very cold outside)

The food is to die for. This restaurant is my partner and I most favorite restaurant in Cobham. The service is amazing and the staff are all friendly and they love what they are they doing. The food is superb. You get your money’s worth and the ambience is beautiful

I recently had the pleasure of dining at A Casa Restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was inviting and the service was impeccable. For starters, we tried the calamari, which was absolutely amazing. The calamari was perfectly cooked, tender, and seasoned just right, making it incredibly tasty. It was a delightful way to begin our meal. For the main course, I had the Penne Arrabbiata, and it was nothing short of delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce had the perfect balance of spice and flavor. Every bite was a burst of culinary delight. Overall, our experience was fantastic. The quality of the food, combined with the excellent service, ensures that we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Authentic Italian food. This restaurant is the best discovery in our trip. We loved our dinner. We walked in, and this place was packed and were asked to come back in 2 hrs. The smells of the food were so aromatic. The waiter was so friendly and good humored that we decided to rest up in our hotel and returned. Well worth the wait. Food is delicious, the service is great, and we were completely satisfied. Highly recommended on their daily special.

Called in on off chance as local restaurant we had booked had let us down and was closed. The Staff at The Old Plough were SO accommodating. From the person at restaurant entrance/maitre 'd'..the chef regarding my friends Nitrate allergy and the waitress was a cheerful delight. Service and food superb 👌 Absolutley can recommend and will def return. I had the fish sharing plate as a main and my friends had the salmon.. The chef made her a garlic butter sauce as she couldent have the mayo that came with the dish... Could not fault anything about our lunch and the staff 😋

Restaurant was packed on a cold January Friday lunchtime which tells you everything! Service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The food was fabulous, every course!! Have already booked to come back in a few weeks for a Sunday lunch. Highly recommend!

This place is fantastic, Very clean, easy parking, Clean Toilets, super friendly Staff and with “Good Food” as well. It was so good “we went twice”, so we could try what we didn’t have the night before. This place should have a “6 Star Rating” it’s that good.

Beautifully presented food with inspiring flavours, and excellent customer service. We sat at the sushi counter which was perfect for the 2 of us. Watching the exec chef putting the dishes together was a great experience. Sophia our waitress was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed her suggestions. We enjoyed a delicious bottle of cremant to accompany our dishes: Japanese aubergine was so delicious and unique. The soft shell crab maki rolls, hamachi carpaccio, unaji sadhimi and yellowtail salmon Nigiri were our favourite selection. We followed trying a warm dish - black Cod Robata was amazing. Our least favourite dish was the beef skewer (despite being meat lovers) but the best dessert was a salted caramel bao bun. We would highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back!

My husband and I ate here on Sat night. The place was packed but luckily they could seat us around the ‘kitchen’ which was interesting to watch. Firstly the margarita was amazing!! Maybe the best one I’ve ever had. The service was fantastic-our hostess explained the whole menu and also suggested we ordered as we ate so we didn’t over order. Everything we ordered was delicious. The restaurant had a great atmosphere too. It was a little spendy I have to say so would have to be reserved for special occasions.

One of the best restaurants I have ever been to! Incredible food, friendly, professional staff who made everyone feel welcome, beautiful ambience. It was full and buzzy and just wonderful! We sat at the bar so could see the chefs at work which was an extra bonus.

Being an Asian who visited Japan a lot in the past, I can happily recommend Kinjo as one of the most excellent Japanese cuisine in Surrey (even in London). They are bold in preserving and insisting the Japanese style of cooking, in a very tasty, delicious manner. For those who can’t take raw fish directly into the mouth yet, they make Maki (rice roll) in different styles and good flavor. We tried a tasty soya sauce marinated salmon Maki. We ordered Hamachi Sashimi (raw fish slices), Wagyu Donburi (beef rice bowl) and Ramen (Japanese noodle) as well. I am particular impressed by the Donburi - they use to use different soya sauce in sashimi (which should be a bit salty), and Donburi (which should be a bit sweet and tingy). Not many Japanese restaurants in UK bothered to use multiple varieties if soya sauce, so everything counts. Good. And for service, we had been taken care throughout the meal by friendly staff, with refill of water from time to time, and checked with us each dish that we enjoyed. Oh they also got Tsukune, which is a minced chicken meat ball, serves with raw egg and sauce. This is very common and tasty dish in Japan as pub food, but not so common in UK Japanese restaurant. I am really happy to see this on the menu. All in all, I think Kinjo is the best Japanese restaurant in Surrey, no doubt about that.

Had a little issue whereby my bitter top had no sweetness at all, raised with waitress who corrected and was a little better, next pint same issue. Something definitely was wrong and almost tasted like it had soda rather than lemonade. Anyway lovely staff took off the bill. My partner enjoyed her Aperol Spritz and then a refreshing Pimms So small gripe over, food was reasonably priced, came out quite quickly and was tasty and fresh. Couldn't complain with my burger and skinny fries, my partner loved her sweet potato fries in particular that accompanied her vegetarian burger. Desserts nice and tasty and a decent portion, Eton Mess and a Sticky Toffee pudding with Vanilla Ice cream. Will definitely be back.

Nice pub food, more seafood dishes than other pubs. Had the scallop starter and fish pie. Both were great, would prefer the scallops without the roes but that’s my personal preference

What a great evening we had in the Running Mare. Gastro standard food in a pub that keeps a true pub atmosphere.4 of us are, all different and all were VERY impressed with the fayre. The waitress were very attentive and helpful without hovering at the edge of the table. Will definitely go back

Gorgeous pub, nice service. I had the surf and turf and have to say both steak and lobster were delicious. Cooked to perfection. The chips were lovely too. Others had sausages and mash, smoked salmon sandwich and the ribs. There were empty plates and reduced chatter as we all enjoyed our food. It’s a ye olde world pub which has bundles of character. There’s parking there too which is handy.

I love going here. Great environment and atmosphere but the food doesn’t match up to the price tags, neither do the drinks. No one seems to care as it’s always busy!

I recently enjoyed a delightful breakfast at The Ivy Cobham Garden. The meal was excellent, and the green juice was particularly refreshing. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. While the restaurant offers private parking, the space is limited and fills up quickly. However, street parking is often available nearby, and there’s a public car park just a five-minute walk away.  The atmosphere is especially charming during the festive season, with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree adding to the cozy ambiance. In warmer weather, the garden seating provides a lovely outdoor dining option. Overall, The Ivy Cobham Garden offers a wonderful dining experience with great food, attentive service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Although I m not really into English breakfast, the dishes that others from the group got were nice. I tried a nice caramel tart and a wake up juice. Pancakes and granola yoghurt also very good. Price above average, but it is cobham! Very nice and elegant atmosphere in a quiet Sunday morning.

Recently, we visited this wonderful RHS Garden at Wisley. It is a great place for a day tour with friends and family. We went there by car without any problem and parking is free for visitors. At the very right of the Plant Centre, you will find Garden Centre and at the left you will find a Cafe and shop. The Garden Entrance is between the Toilets and Cafe (very left of the Plant Centre). As we reached there a little bit late 12.30 pm, we could not cover all the areas, so we decided to come again. I would recommend everyone to come early with picnic (because food and drink are very expensive) to cover all the gardens. You will also need a willingness to walk for miles. There are lots of restrooms and cafes, so you can have plenty of opportunities to refresh yourself. After visiting the glasshouse (greenhouse), we visited the playground near the glasshouse and the rock garden. We also liked the Viewing Mount and the surroundings from the top of the mount. I found the water Lily in the pond, which is very exciting and beautiful. We then moved to the Clear Lake through the exotic garden, cottage garden, and horse statue. We really enjoyed the day out and recommended everyone to visit it.

Visited with sister and it was lovely to walk around. Really like the garden layouts, educational building and the tropical greenhouse. Could easily spend the majority of day here.

We went for the Christmas lights Glow event this evening and it was fantastic! So peaceful, fun and beautiful, and very a relaxed feel. Great for just adults or the whole family. Lots of tasty snacks and drinks throughout the one hour walk too. We had hot chocolate, mulled wine and mince pies. Oh and make sure you see the fountain and fire show!

We attended the RHS widely glow walk and it was fabulous. Staff are welcoming and friendly. We ate at the terrace restaurant and service here was friendly and quick. The custard tart dessert and the plum crumble was just delicious! The glow walk was set up nicely and it’s a one way system so easy to follow. No where near as busy as Kew garden and I actually prefer RHS as they had the Christmas tree display with Christmas music. The gift shop is big and lovely to spend time browsing about. Would definitely visit again for the glow or for the garden in the summer.
