Amanda and her colleagues have provided such an invaluable help to our children’s grasp of maths (and progress through different levels), encouraging both to develop their understanding of each new aspect with really unexpectedly quick results. The Kumon approach of ‘a little a lot’ is so well applied in maths, and Amanda (especially) and her team are so generous with their time that this is surely a perfect compliment to any school child’s standard week.

Amanda has been incredibly helpful with my child, Niall, who started Kumon just over a year ago in both maths and English. Her friendly and calm nature ensured that he was never worried when he did not understand, as he knew that Amanda and her team would explain and teach him the material. He has vastly improved in his confidence with his Maths as well as in his mental Maths abilities. Without Kumon, my son would not be as able as he is now in Maths. My son has been attending Kumon for several years now, doing both English and Maths. Amanda and her team have been extremely supportive throughout the years. If my son as any difficulties with his work, Amanda is always there to help him. My son thoroughly enjoys doing maths and English and he doesn't mind doing the extra work, on top of the school work he gets. At times I found it challenging with my workload but Amanda was there to help by reducing the work load to a manageable amount but now he is back doing the full set of work again. Natalie has been a brilliant maths tutor to our daughter over this academic year. Natalie has a very calm, warm manner and takes time to plan engaging and well-paced lessons. Natalie took time to set manageable homework tasks and gave helpful feedback on my daughter’s progress and areas to focus on. My daughter never complained about logging in to online lessons with Natalie and definitely benefitted from Natalie’s patience and interactive ideas. Natalie’s experience as a class teacher meant that I was confident that the lessons were focussed on the curriculum yet adapted to an appropriate level. I would definitely recommend Natalie!

I have been send all my 3 kids to this Kumon centre and I could see how much they have been benefited from it. It’s absolutely a good way to create a routine of learning from the early years(my kids all started at 4 years old). Although they didn’t do very long(ended at Yr 4 or 5 due to other sports n music commitments) but laid a good foundation for their academic work. Strongly recommend it! 👍

The owner Mo is incredible with his students, motivating them to succeed. He is like a dad to all his students, always encouraging and mindful of their progress. Sara has been brilliant with Emily. Emily has always struggled with maths at school but Sara has taken her back to basics and is working her way through each topic, step by step, without making Emily "feel stupid" which is how she felt before. Very happy with help we have received from Simply Learning Tuition. The communication was clear, fast and easy. They helped us to find a wonderful tutor ( Elizabeth Campbell) for our daughter to help with her preparation for Cambridge interview, as well as throughout overall admission process. It was really helpful to see monthly reports on what was covered in each of the sessions. Elizabeth is very competent, knowledgeable, inspirational and helped a lot with our daughter’s confidence in the process. She also was very flexible with the timings of individual session, working around our daughter’s schedule.

They are very well connected and the Kensington address helps with high calibre clientele. Their international work can be varied and payment issues are not unknown with some clients. However, their accounts team and management are very personable and genuinely act as agents for their tutors and clients rather than faceless middlemen adding little value. Sophie is excellent and comes at this from the background of tutoring herself so just gets it. Dion works very hard and is a very empathetic member of the team, understanding clients and tutors' perspectives very well.
