Woke up last week & boiler wasn’t working & on recommendation from a friend called Simbuild who came out that evening. Result was could try & fix but would soon need replacing or new boiler now. After sleeping on it went with new boiler & requested a Worcester Bosch & other than that left the specifics to Simon & as far as I can see the price I paid was lower than leading shops for same model. Simon arrived at 8am & finished around 5pm, he left the area tidy & demonstrated how to use the boiler. Throughout he was polite & friendly & just overall as pleasant an experience of having a new boiler could be. Definitely recommend.

Simon tried his very best to get our old boiler repaired but it was way beyond economical repair so a new one was installed. Simon did a fantastic job from the first time he attended to the completion of the new boiler installation. Really can’t fault the work and service from him and would recommend to anyone unlike others who couldn’t even bother to come after appointments made and no contact to explain why not . Simon came when he said and has done a great job. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Simon started on Monday as he start, bright and early at 0800 hrs and he did say they would be totally finished by around lunch time the next day and was true to his word. Simon couldn't have been any more professional, but friendly and courteous at the same time. Whilst you can only imagine the work that went behind the new boiler replacement, they were so considerate of property items as well as personal items. It was just 5* rating all the way through, it really was. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

A few days ago the central heating wasn't coming on when programmed but there was still hot water. Having been given Simbuild's contact number by a friend who had told me that Simon had done a good job, I gave him a call and he was able to come and assess the job the next day. The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently but a leak was found which he came back today/the next day to fix. Fully working system again. 5 Stars!

This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. Michael and team have just fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder system. Arrived on schedule, worked really efficiently with little disruption to ourselves, so pleased with the installation. Their workmanship is very tidy and we highly recommend them!

Called Stuart early morning for a toilet water flush fault. Responded immediately, agreed to come out same day, asked for photos, discussed parts to order. Managed to resolve with his help without him even having to attend! Such a top guy! Ever so grateful. Highly recommended.

Stuart has just left after a job well done. He put in a shower+ enclosure in an ensuite along with a shower seat/grab rail. He also sorted out two leaks for us and fitted a new vanity unit and outside tap. His standards are high, he is quick, any mistakes he rectified and he was honest. Called Brian to see if he could come and fix our toilet, arranged for repair to be carried out the following day, unfortunately I had to go in to work at short notice, a quick call later and we arranged for the following day. Brian duly turned up when he said he would diagnosed the problem fixed it and cleaned up really well afterwards. All at a really good competitive price. Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough

Best service money can buy. Nathan installed 2 x nest thermostats. Job was not very simple as our boiler controls for 3 floors were under the bath tub. Nathan had to open the side panel and then reseal everything. Job has been done to a very high standard. I will be using his services again in future. Can’t recommend Ben enough, fitted new boiler kept me informed all the way with calls and messages about when he was coming also checked with me after he’d left to make sure all was well, did a fantastic job left everything clean and tidy arranged to have old boiler removed as well and more importantly the price was right, great guy very friendly and trustworthy.
