I recently had Nu Age replace our boiler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Dan and the team were incredibly polite, friendly, and professional from start to finish. What seemed like a big, messy job was handled with such care and efficiency—you wouldn’t even know they’d been here! They kept our house neat and tidy throughout the process, completing everything in just one day.
We’re now enjoying a warm, cosy house with a modern, efficient heating system, and it’s all thanks to their hard work. I can’t recommend Nu Age enough for any plumbing needs—this team truly goes above and beyond.

Moved into a new build with an air source heat pump which we’ve never had before. We experienced a few teething problems and the staff were always on hand to visit and give us support and advice. The staff are super friendly and helpful from the initial calls to the Head Office where. we were offered dates for the engineer to call, the visits have all been on time and heating issues resolved. Highly recommend for service and after care support.
Had a great experience: Sian in the office managed to squeeze in our sink replacement at the last minute. Plumber arrived on time, did a great job, was very friendly and left the place spotless. Thank you!
