Popped in to Edwards today where we were met by knowledgable and helpful staff who took time to sort our toilet problem offering advice and suggestions. The result a working toilet in a matter of minutes upon our return. Fabulous old fashioned service.

Excellent customer service, helpful and professional. Typical the hubby send me to pick up a new part for our toilet, they sorted it out no problem offering help and advice. Whilst there I noticed a new toilet and basin unit I loved, I was surprised to see so many lovely displays, unfortunately it wasn’t suitable as it wouldn’t have fitted but they was honest and didn’t push the sale. I would have no hesitation recommending Edwards and I loved the personal touch of cakes on the counter for customers even though I’m gluten free and couldn’t have any I just thought this was really nice, wouldn’t get that at B & Q. Keep up the good work. Special mention for Andy who helped me sort out the part I needed. All sorted now and a very happy customer.

I was greeted by friendly staff upon opening the door (tall luscious locks black hair man was very handsome) good amount of stock, helpful with that i needed doing. Will be using them again (hopefully i see that handsome fella again) From me and my husband

This is a brilliant place, always go out of their way to help you. Deal with sam or Andy mostly, they will always get stuff delivered or ready for you to collect. Always well stocked and if they don't have something its always comes in quickly.
