Fantastic tasting menu and wine pairing. You can really see why the restaurant has 5 Michelin stars, the quality, attention to detail and inventiveness of the cooking was outstanding. All of the staff were engaged, friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. The evening was a true experience from start to finish and flew by. We stayed in one of the rooms which was lovely and dinner he next morning continued the same high quality

So…. The location of the Grace and Savour is within the grounds of Hampton Manor, beautifully sprawling and English through and through. The welcome is warm and the hospitality is impossible to fault. Relaxed muted colours and utterly peaceful. We sat and had a drink before heading to the Chefs table, looking out at the courtyard which is beautiful and planed in an informal way. Watching the staff prepare the multiple courses intricately and with pride was a delight. We sat next to a lovely couple equally enthralled by the experience and especially the food. Due to work the next day I didn’t opt for the wine pairing ! The staff alternated to present the courses and explain its heritage and journey to the plate. The staff are a credit to themselves. Smiley and thoroughly passionate. We had the best experience and will, without doubt , return. Congratulations to you all for showcasing wonderful British produce at its finest. We chose seats at the bar table, giving us a front-row view of the chefs preparing the tasting menu. It was a joy to watch the team work with passion and harmony, making the experience feel more personal and special. Every dish was served on warm plates, with kind staff explaining each ingredient. The restaurant isn’t just about fine dining—it’s about embracing sustainability through the efforts of local growers, farmers, and fishermen. We truly admired the care and thought behind every dish, even though we didn’t know what would come next. The menu was presented only at the end, adding a layer of excitement and curiosity throughout the meal. Our experience felt like a cozy weekend tasting adventure, carefully crafted and executed with precision.

Where do you on gloomy day in England? Lunch Grace & Savour in the grounds of Hampton Manor . Which is beautiful any time of the year. But who cares about the weather when you are sat at one of the prime spots in a restaurant like this. This is not just any chefs table. It's huge,you can't miss it,as you walk-in. Saturdays is their only lunchtime service and the most affordable time to visit if you're on a budget. Where they serve a reduced menu at £90pp. It's a strict 12.00pm reservation,which most diners stuck to. Each course is prepared and served to the whole restaurant at the same time. This helps the flow of service. You don't get to see the menu until the end. If you really want to know,they will give you a copy,so you know what to expect. Being seated in prime position we could watch the chefs busy preparing each course and trying to guess what was next. As each dish is presented to you the ingredients are explained,before you tuck in to the delights. The restaurant is headed up by the very talented chef David Taylor and his lovely wife who overseas the smooth running of service. From the moment you walk into the gardens and through the door,you are warmly greeted just like old friends. Even though this was our first visit. The food and hospitality are second to none. Beautiful restaurant,exsquisite food,first class service in a stunning location. A foodie destination to rival any others.

Party of 16 ages from 2-55 years. Gave us a long table in the back room. Food arrived quickly was great value for money. Everyone enjoyed. Kids got a bit wild when we were leaving (as kid cousins do but they were more worried theyd hurt themselves than telling them off which is unusal most places moan).Overall great service friendly staff will definitely book family get togethers here again

What happened? Came for my birthday with the family, food itself was lovely but the experience as a whole has made me not want to come back for a sit down meal. The waiter was miserable and didn't look like he wanted to be there, everything looked like it was too much work for him. We didn't even sit down before he started to ask what drinks and how many poppadoms did we want - can I not sit down and get my coat off first? Starters took forever to come out, they put 3 plates of salad on the table without saying anything (we assumed it was for the 3 starters) but they sat there for ages before they finally brought out the starters to be put on the plates. The waiter that was serving us kept leaning over trying to grab plates and asking if we had finished even though people were still clearly eating. Found that a bit rude, it's not like they were busy and needed plates back. Starters were beautiful, so was the mains. Couldn't fault the food. Put a bit of a damper on my birthday as I picked that place and was a little embarrassed how the staff were towards us. Felt like we weren't good enough to be there.

Honestly this was one of if not the best takeout places I’ve had since my birth on the planet absolutely fiyah 10/10 would recommend 🔥❤️

Smokeys is easily the best Caribbean shop, staff are super friendly and the food doesn’t take that long to cook, I can always rely on Smokeys to fill me up its the best takeway ive ever had

This place is really a hidden gem! The food was gorgeous, very well made and tasty, all fresh! Highly recommend the fish share platter and also the swordfish which was fantastic! Sadly there wasn't too many other guests, the place deserves to be packed!

We were Looking for a cafe for breakfast and this came up as highly recommended on Google. Not what we had planned to go to but gave it a go never the less. Pleasantly surprised! English breakfast was good, albeit very greasy/oily Portions were almost too big, but rather that than not big enough! Can't comment on the actual food they serve there but they do do a good breakfast.

I love tradita. 5 minutes from my house, authentic Mediterranean recipes and the vibe is relaxing comfortable and homely. The food is always bursting with flavour, plenty of choice for everyone and always served piping hot and fresh. The tzatziki is bursting with authentic Greek flavours and takes you to the streets of Santorini. The meat is always tender and marinated to perfection and it’s a hidden gem to have such a wide range of food at your doorstep. No where else around the area offers this type of food to such a high standard. I visited today for my birthday and was welcomed warmly and accommodated for 2 hours with delicious food and great drinks for a reasonable price. The only thing that disappointed me was I ordered a seafood spaghetti. On the menu it stated it contained mussels prawns and clams. I received the dish and was enjoying it when I noticed mini octopus’s and calamari rings in the dish. The taste and flavour was great but an octopus is one of my favourite animals and I would never wish to eat one intentionally so when I noticed them in my dish I was immediately put off. The prawns and muscles and pasta was incredible I just wish it was started in the menu it contained octopus as although the dish was extremely enjoyable, I couldn’t carry on eating incase a stray tentacle was consumed. Despite this I would still return and would encourage others to visit, just ask and be aware of what’s in a dish before you order. OMG - La Nonna is absolutely amazing. We never knew it was there, yet we love Italian food. The service is 100% spot on, as is the atmosphere - where you are not rushed and can actually enjoy your meal at your own pace. The food is amazing, the flavours are outstanding with portion sizes extremely generous. The great thing is my wife and I visited on a date night and we were blown away at everything and kept talking about it , telling others about it. Then we decided to go but this time take both our parents as well (our way of saying thank you for everything) ... Everything and I mean everything down to the last detail was the same as our first visit ... No drop in any areas, especially not the food or portion size. This impressed my wife and I, knowing it was not a fluke on our previous first visit. Our parents (who each are all picky) were amazed and loved the place, atmosphere, food, flavour and portion size. One even said they were expecting this fine dining stuff where you pay a lot and get nothing. The mother-in-law, couldn't even eat all her main and they packed it all up for her to take with her. This place, as long as they don't change is just great and amazing .... The service is next to none and can't be faulted, neither can the atmosphere. You really do get what you pay for, but with the (as it should be) added extra of the portion sizes. To find a negative ... I am being very very picky. The Champaign options are limited and expensive. 1000% recommend to anyone looking for a great date night meal location, or just for anyone to go out and to eat, drink, enjoy everything (service & atmosphere) and be able to talk. Excellent, please La Nonna do not make any changes.

From the moment we walked in the staff were really amazing, my little one was crying so they offered sweets and gave a ice cream with our starters we had lamb chops complimentary, then another surprise they brought out chicken nuggets with chips for the lil one and it didn’t stop there got a free glass of coke & to finish off we both got ice cream. I have even mentioned how the food was. Starters were amazing mains were just as good. Overall think it was a dream visit we had Amazing night out. Thank you to the staff.

Absolutely amazing food. Easily the best restaurant I've eaten at in a long time and will definitely be returning. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful and the food is reasonably priced and delicious. One waiter even took a photo of me and my husband under the balloon arch 🥰 If you get the chance to go I highly recommend you do, you'll be glad you did

Nice food and lovely ambiance. Excellent service at time a bit slow, if you are not in a hurry then no problem.. I have my meal here while staying in the hilton metropole. It’s dinner all the time. Food n desert menu are a bit limited.

The food and drinks were delicious and nicely presented. We had the pleasure of being served by George during a recent visit, and I must say, he truly elevated our dining experience, as he was attentiveness and warm, and made us feel looked after throughout.

Visiting Brightsmith is always a pleasure. The food is packed full of flavour, clearly high quality ingredients used and everything is beautifully executed. The staff are attentive and service runs very smoothly. Decor is beautiful and luxurious, overlooking Pendigo lake it makes for the perfect place to date or catch up with friends over a seriously delicious meal.

This is just what Castle Bromwich, Birmingham and the U.K. needs, finer dining Indian food. The set up is simple, the execution is leaning towards perfection. Such a place deserves a larger, grander premises and a regal name to suit its finer dining credentials. The food shines; the presentation is beautiful, it is prepared perfectly and delivered by the humblest of well-dressed staff members. Given its humble size, with the food and service being such high quality, please book ahead to reserve your table. This restaurant is one to watch.

Great food, very flavoursome and lots of it. The team on shift were very friendly and welcoming. Little bit quiet so the atmosphere wasn't 100% but I imagine it would be great when full.

We were looking for a nice place to eat and play board games after UK Games Expo and ended up here. What a great decision! Not only was the service fantastic, but the Bangladeshi owners make DELICIOUS food! I hope next time I am in Birmingham I can return. Keep up the great work!

Food is good and the price is fair the atmosphere has been pretty relaxing my two times of being there I will be definitely going here occasionally!

I should have reviewed before, we held my wonderful Dad’s funeral wake here, they did him proud.. service couldn’t be faulted, neither could the food, buffet all hot and fresh and topped up regularly, no plate left empty, staff friendly and attentive, beautiful place, my Dad would definitely have approved x am very happy to recommend, location excellent for after funerals as close to Woodlands Cemetery. Excellent all round x thank you x

The staff were very helpful, pleasant, and polite. Lovely room, one towel between two people and one packet of biscuits. Breakfast was really nice except for the toast came about 5+ minutes before the breakfast. Lovely setting, ideal for weddings.

This is an excellent, quirky and interesting boutique hotel. Food was good. Service Great Would definitely stay again if in area.
