Excellent service. An engineer came out the same day as my call to inspect my boiler. I had no hot water. I was offered 3 options/quotations and they moved mountains to install my new boiler within a few days. The engineer was hard working, friendly and knowledgable, I would not hesitate to recommend this company

We had a leak in our hot water cylinder and were looking to switch to a combi boiler system. From the outset, the service from Dylan Walsh Plumbing was excellent. Dylan came out to scope the work and spent a great deal of time with us, explaining our options, testing the water pressure, and helping us identify the best solution to future-proof our home. We’d had other quotes from plumbers who spent less than five minutes on-site, knocked on a few walls, and didn’t discuss even a fraction of what Dylan covered. His attention to detail and expertise gave us complete confidence, we knew we’d go ahead with him before the other quotes even arrived. Gaynor was extremely polite and professional throughout and made sure all our questions were answered promptly. The whole process was well organised from start to finish, which made everything feel smooth and easy. The work was fairly urgent, and Ross, the engineer who carried it out, did a brilliant job. Everything was completed efficiently and to a high standard. After dealing with a number of plumbers over the past year, we can confidently say we’ve found a trusted company. Could not be happier with the service and will definitely be using them again!

I can’t recommend this company highly enough! Excellent service from start to finish. I suspected I needed a new boiler when it failed yet again. Walsh came out the next day and talked me through all my options and fully explained everything. After deciding to go ahead they arranged it within a week to fit in with my work commitments. On the day of installation they arrived and everything went perfectly. Brilliant job, very happy with the price and the aftercare. They made a very stressful time a walk in the park! I was a little concerned when it became obvious that l needed to replace my boiler, regarding all the scams that you need to be wary off nowadays. I contacted several companies for advice and quotes. One company- Walsh Plumbing Ltd. (based in Stevenage) stood out from the rest. After discussing my needs with Dylan, (the owner) l felt comfortable with all he said, he did not try to feed me any B/S or sell me a system that l did not need (but would be a bigger profit for him). After discussions with the other suppliers l went with my gut feeling and contacted Dylan some six months after our initial contact. He offered to keep to original quote and arranged for the boiler to be replaced the following week. I am more than pleased with my decision, from Dylan to Gaynor, the receptionist (always polite and professional) and last but not least, Mikal (one of the service engineers), what a gem! Arrived on time, his work is immaculate. Walsh Plumbing were not the cheapest quote I had but their standard of work and customer satisfaction are second to none. l have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who wants to deal with a Company such high ideals and standard of customer care. PS, l am not related to them or on a commission, just happy that l put my trust in them. Happy Christmas to all.

I have used FDT for minor works in the past ie boiler service and was always happy with the service provided so I asked Frazer to quote on a new bathroom. He helped me with the design and then the work schedule was agreed on. From start to finish it took just over 2 weeks and I am very happy with the outcome. Frazer uses trusted tradesmen to carry out the parts he doesn't do. He uses a tiler, plasterer and painter but he organised it all. He made sure it all ran on time and kept me updated as to the schedule of works. I cannot recommend Frazer highly enough

Recently moved into a property that had an extremely old boiler. Frazer provided a clear, easy to understand quote, and replaced my old system with a nice new Combi + Hive. The new boiler is quiet, efficient, and quickly heats the home. The work was done in a clean manner, ahead of schedule, and everything is running smoothly. Frazer is very professional, and incredibly responsive to any queries, which is especially helpful if you haven't had this kind of work done before. Really excellent work - thank you! Kai was amazing! He came out and assessed the situation late at night when I lost water to the house, realized it would need more time to fix and returned the next day with every possible tool imaginable. After hours of hard work, the problem was solved. Kai was extremely professional and pleasant throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

I had Kai and his team do a boiler conversion to install a combi boiler to free up space from removal of water tanks etc. He managed to fit my appointment in very quickly and the team completed the work in just over 2 days, including replacing all the gas pipework. Each day the team turned up on time, completed the work and tidied up after themselves, keeping me updated on all the progress throughout. Very happy with the job and will use the team without doubt for any other plumbing related work in future.

Excellent service from start to finish from Vantage Plumbing. They sent a plumber out same day/time as promised. Luke was brilliant at investigating and explaining what was wrong. He was quick to get things sorted, very friendly and professional. I was contacted the next day to confirm I was happy with the work taken place and if there was anything I needed. We hired Kai and team to re-do our bathroom for us. They helped us with ideas on things to include such as some ambient lighting on a PIR system and a TV to watch in the bath! The work started quickly and was done within the time quoted which was very appreciated since it was just before Christmas and also just before a new baby for us! Kai and George were lovely throughout and very hardworking and tidy! No bother to have them in the house at all. The finished result makes me feel like I have a spa in my house and I am delighted! Richard from Aquacraft, did some plumbing work at my home this week. He did a good job. He was prompt, professional, reasonable, honest & pleasant. He tidied up after he finished the job!! I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any one with a plumbing job.

A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with a severely blocked sink. It wasn’t draining away and was also creating issues with our dishwasher & washing machine. We contacted Aquacraft, and spoke to Richard. He was friendly, helpful and said he would do his best to try and call round asap. Thankfully he did, going out of his way to make us his last call of the day. On arriving, Richard quickly identified that the waste pipe from the sink was very badly blocked. In what seemed no time at all he had dismantled, cleaned and reassembled the pipes. He then checked that the blockage was completely cleared, and made sure both the washing machine & dishwasher were working correctly. All in all Richard did a fantastic job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up afterwards! I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Aquacraft to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

Richard and the team did an amazing job fitting our new main bathroom. It was quite a complex one in terms of the way that it had been previously plumbed but this wasn't an issue for them and they actually fixed many problems from previous installations. It looks great, was finished on time and within the budget that Richard estimated at the beginning. We have since used Aquacraft for other plumbing and heating work around the house and I would highly recommend.

Richard recently did a big job for me. He removed and replaced a water tank, Installed a new timber frame, a twin shower pump, a Bar mixer shower and removed all of the rubbish from site once he was done. He was reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and professional . Im really happy with the end result which is a really great shower system. I used Andy to repair my baller about 12 months ago. He was responsive and reasonably priced. He came at another date to service the boiler and was friendly and informative. Since then, I have recommended this to a friend who he has helped repair their boiler. Tonight he has me and my family out of an urgent situation, broken boiler at my elderly grandfathers home. Our boiler was on its last legs, and the day was saved by Yunus! He has replaced our boiler over a period of 3 days, cleaned the system, and even got the old radiator that hasn't worked since we moved in 4 years ago to work! There was an issue with the shower, but it was very quickly resolved as well. Every day he cleaned up after his work, and was very tidy throughout the day, which was great, you don't get that very often! Our new boiler is fitten with HIVE, which is great, and it all costs exactly what the quote said it would cost, which is again, doesn't happen very often these days. Boiler was registered, everything was explained to us, all around great service! Look forward to having him back to inspect the boiler annually.

We used Ben at Vines plumbing and heating for our new Bathroom installation. Ben helped us initially with reliable suppliers to choose our bathroom furniture. Ben then Project Managed the entire removal of our old suite, the various trades required for the different stages including electricians, plasterers & tilers. Every one of those trades was polite, clean and punctual, exactly what you need when on a tight timescale as we were. Can not recommend Ross enough, we've had him out for a few odd jobs over the years, including a bathroom refit earlier this year. But most recently, twice in two days for unrelated leaking issues which he identified quickly and sorted for us. Incredible service and results. Had new boiler and underfloor installed and maintained 20 years ago by another plumber, but never seemed to work properly. TNG found the issue, fixed and improved it, and it now works better than I realised it could! Had all electrical lights changed to LED and outside lighting and security, which is so effective. Pricing is really reasonable and is a pleasure to have these tidy men working in my house. Highly recommend.
