We used Ben at Vines plumbing and heating for our new Bathroom installation. Ben helped us initially with reliable suppliers to choose our bathroom furniture. Ben then Project Managed the entire removal of our old suite, the various trades required for the different stages including electricians, plasterers & tilers. Every one of those trades was polite, clean and punctual, exactly what you need when on a tight timescale as we were. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vines Plumbing & Heating for Bathroom Installation as Ben was brilliant at managing the entire process from old to new and kept us informed the whole time.

Don't go to Vines if you want a cheap bathroom installed in a hurry by someone who'll unquestioningly do what you ask them to do. Do go to Vines if you want a thorough job, with high-quality fixtures, installed by competent and courteous tradesmen who don't treat your home as 'the site'. Ben Vine, the plumber and project manager, exceeded all our expectations. The job proved massively more complex than we'd expected because of hidden problems in our 40-year-old drainage system, but Ben was an excellent and patient communicator who kept us fully informed throughout. He discussed all our ideas with us as they arose, offering his expert opinion on the practicality and desirability of what we thought we wanted, as well as making suggestions about how we could incorporate aesthetic and practical features that we hadn't thought of. Ben always removed his shoes at the door before spreading his dustsheet up the stairs, and left the bathroom clean and tidy every evening. He visited the house to check that every other tradesman whom he'd commissioned to work for us was doing what they'd been asked to do, and we were happy to leave the project in his hands. The result is a room that's a joy to use, and we cannot recommend Vines too highly.

I would recommend Ben from Vines Plumbing and Heating to ANYONE. I booked him in for a full bathroom refurb a few years back as a household treat for when I returned from holiday. I was overwhelmed by the result. Not only was the workmanship sheer perfection, but everything was left spotless. The work involved was complex but Ben went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and the result beautiful. I have no doubt that Ben will continue to make many happy customers in the future.

There just aren't enough stars to award Ben and his fantastic team! Ben completely remodeled, designed and installed a new bathroom. I can't overstate the difference it has made to my family. Ben also installed an up to date gas boiler and radiators throughout the house. This was a huge job, Ben and his team kept the disruption to a minimum. The work was completed to the highest standard, Ben has a keen eye for detail and will never cut corners. His communication is excellent, answering messages quickly and thoroughly. Lastly, if you are a dog owner your pooches are in for a treat....Ben will rapidly become their new best friend!!
