Richard from Aquacraft, did some plumbing work at my home this week. He did a good job. He was prompt, professional, reasonable, honest & pleasant. He tidied up after he finished the job!! I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any one with a plumbing job.

Rich recently refitted my bathroom in my new house and done a brilliant job. Great communication from start to finish and most importantly created our dream bathroom! Will definitely be using him again in the future!

A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with a severely blocked sink. It wasn’t draining away and was also creating issues with our dishwasher & washing machine. We contacted Aquacraft, and spoke to Richard. He was friendly, helpful and said he would do his best to try and call round asap. Thankfully he did, going out of his way to make us his last call of the day. On arriving, Richard quickly identified that the waste pipe from the sink was very badly blocked. In what seemed no time at all he had dismantled, cleaned and reassembled the pipes. He then checked that the blockage was completely cleared, and made sure both the washing machine & dishwasher were working correctly. All in all Richard did a fantastic job. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and even cleaned up afterwards! I would not hesitate to recommend Richard and Aquacraft to anyone looking for reliable and professional plumbing services.

Richard recently did a big job for me. He removed and replaced a water tank, Installed a new timber frame, a twin shower pump, a Bar mixer shower and removed all of the rubbish from site once he was done. He was reliable, punctual, reasonably priced and professional . Im really happy with the end result which is a really great shower system. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend or use Richard again for future work. Thank you!

Michael did a fantastic job on my kitchen. The attention to detail is brilliant. I'm a very fussy and particular in what I want. Michael made this kitchen possible for me with his guidance and knowledge. He told me why some of my ideas were not possible and also showed me. I used Andy to repair my baller about 12 months ago. He was responsive and reasonably priced. He came at another date to service the boiler and was friendly and informative. Since then, I have recommended this to a friend who he has helped repair their boiler. Tonight he has me and my family out of an urgent situation, broken boiler at my elderly grandfathers home. I called Andy at 4 and he was there to repair by 6pm. Such a service. Would 1000% recommend. Grandad is home from hospital in a warm house. Thanks Andy !

Andy from A L Cook went above and beyond to get our boiler working again. He came out on bank holiday, thoroughly checked the boiler, explained the problem in detail and got the parts required as soon as he could to get us back up and running. Ross is reliable, competent and cares about making sure his work meets your expectations. We have been delighted with the quality of his work. He always does a great job and leaves everything spotless. We really couldn't recommend highly him.

Can not recommend Ross enough, we've had him out for a few odd jobs over the years, including a bathroom refit earlier this year. But most recently, twice in two days for unrelated leaking issues which he identified quickly and sorted for us. Always friendly and up for a chat, arrives when he says he will, even last minute if you have an emergency and will always show you what's gone on and what to look out for or do in future. For anything plumbing related I wouldn't use anyone else because I know I'm always going to get outstanding service and quality work

Excellent and very quick response when mums heating broke down. She is elderly and the system is very old. Part found and up and running again quickly, felt they really cared.

Amazing ....had problem with boiler, rang this company, came out same day, on time and fixed the problem. Charged a reasonable price. Can't thankyou enough, will always use this company and will definitely recommend.

We had a new Heater and a tap put on. The work was very neat and clean. Value was more on the high but it was so prompt and very clean job. Never seen a plumber cleaning the floor after work and clear all rubbish before leaving. He even used disinfectants wipes to wipe the wall and floor. Payment sent via invoice and paid online which made it really easy for us. Keep up the great work :)

What can I say other than these guys are super helpful and friendly. I am a window cleaner and needed to fit a non return valve onto hose. Gerry sorted out the fittings and even cut the copper pipe to the right lengths for me. He rescued the situation and now I can continue working this week. Thank you!!!!

Absolutely above and beyond. I needed a part for an unidentified 14 yr old elaborate bath tap. All efforts to identify and locate failed. Plumber said couldn’t be done and must fit new taps. Stevenage Plumbing voluntarily researched it (without me really asking!) and identified the manufacturer, got the part in and saved me a load of money in the process. Solved what was a fairly big headache. Kindness, generosity of spirit and diligence were in full supply. Couldn’t be better.

Really nice people. I needed a washer for a leaking tap. The guy behind the counter found the washer, I asked what do I owe you, he replied "don't worry about it". If that's what their non-customer service is like, their customer service must be excellent
