We had lots of bees/wasps in our family home. Dan came from Sandwell Pest Control and thoroughly checked the house. He identified the pest, found the nest and sorted it out there and then. Really happy with this service. Came out on the same day initially to treat a wasp nest. Around 2 weeks later some wasps had returned but someone attended on the same day again to treat the nest.

Professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer-focused. PPCS could not have been more helpful. When I called on a Sunday morning very anxious and needing advice and a second opinion they came and visited my house within an hour of the call, did a thorough inspection and provided helpful advice and information. On finding no evidence of the suspected pest they have arranged to put down diagnostic traps for extra reassurance. On the basis of my initial contact, if there is any need of treatment in the future I trust that this local BPCA certified company will give me a fair quote and carry out the work professionally and competently..

We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. Excellent service, came out same day to treat the nest and it was removed within a couple of days. Value for money and due to the location of the nest, the ceiling plaster had to be cut to gain access, left the area clean. Thanks Raks

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out.
