Sam is a life saver. He was prompt with his response. I filled out an online enquiry. He was quick to call and very helpful with advice. In this modern world I don’t meet very nice tradesmen who do work from the heart but Sam bought that faith and spark back. I appreciate him and all he has done. A brilliant, trustworthy and highly skilled family run firm. They fitted in my job when already fully booked and came promptly. My cat had brought in a live rat and I hadn't been able to catch it. After it hid behind the battery at the back of the fridge it then hid in a wall. After an anxious night I was at my wit's end. Within two hours the rat was caught in a trap and I received a second visit to remove the rat. Would highly recommend.

Martin came out 3 times to my house to make sure the pest was kept at bay on the 2nd visit he quickly identified it wasn't what I thought it was. anyway he got rid of the threat and now I'm safely vermin free. He's like a Ghostbuster for vermins Who ya gonna call MC Thanks mate 😁

I can’t recommend this company enough. Martin has, and continues to be the most reliable and helpful person. There is no job to big or small and he will always be at the end of the phone if in need. Pests are not something we want in our homes, but Martin will sort it out in no time to allow normality to resume. Don’t hesitate to use this company, you won’t be dissapointed.

Great service. Martin is knowledgeable, friednly, and professional. I contacted him about a mice problem. He responded fast and answered all my questions. The next morning he thoroughly inspected the house and put a lot of mice treatment everywhere, including the attic and under floor boards. In total, he visited the house three times, with a weak between the visits.

Contacted Martin via his website, about removing an underground wasps nest in the garden, within 5 minutes he'd replied saying he could pop round the same afternoon. 45 minutes later he arrived as arranged, took a quick look and got to work. Within 15 minutes there was a hole in the ground and no more wasps or nest :) Martin was professional and friendly throughout, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him. Many thanks!

We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.

I discovered a wasp nest on Saturday afternoon and called Arden Services because they were the first company in the area who were open 7 days a week. I spoke to Richard who quoted me £40 and said he would come out early next week, or potentially Sunday morning (he would have to let me know). He contacted me Sunday morning to say he would come out, and immediately resolved my wasp issue, which was at the highest point in the property, by the loft conversion. Firstly I am impressed by how cheap he was compared to other companies, and secondly by how quickly he came out. We had a problem with what we thought was a dormant old wasps nest in the attic. On arrival the operative - seemed nice chap, smiling despite the concern on my face went to the location and quickly determined it was dormant or old but said he would remove it for no charge :-) On doing so he then discovered a live nest in the eaves I had not spotted and removed that successfully. We recently had an unwanted visitor in the loft. Booked an appointment with Gary from Pied Piper who came over within a couple of days at a time to suit us. Such a super nice and honest gentleman. Very professional and clearly knows his stuff. Inspected my property, knew exactly what to look for and quickly identified the possible entry points.
