Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and "rehoming" not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.
