I'm based, in Wokingham, recently broke my last copy of key for my main door. Found Lock Solutions on Google and spoke with Wayne . Luckily enough he had same day availability. He came over, changed my lock and did an excellent job at a fair price. Would highly recommend his services.

We are happy to write a positive review for Lock-Solutions and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again, if needed. Our back door wouldn’t open because the handle was jamming. We wanted a locksmith from the local area, preferring someone running their own business and found Lock-Solutions. We liked the professional look of the website and noted the five star reviews and no call-out charge. On phoning the company, we got an immediate response from Wayne, sent him photos of the door lock and got a verbal quote a short time later. Although the problem wasn’t particularly urgent, Wayne came the same afternoon, which meant he worked through until early evening last Friday. Wayne is friendly and professional and we felt confident in his expertise. He identified the problem, replaced the lock mechanism and the door now works better than it has ever done.

Wayne rescued us late on Friday afternoon when our front door locking mechanism jammed and we couldn't even close it. He arrived really quickly and sorted it straight away. Fantastic communication, fast, efficient, and friendly. Absolutely couldn't fault him. Highly recommend.

I phoned lock solutions to fix the broken lock on our back patio doors. They were able to come really quickly to our house in Woodley to look at it. He didn't have the exact lock in his van but had a temporary fix at no extra cost, whilst the new lock came in. This was much appreciated as it meant we could leave the house safely! He phoned as soon as the new lock came in and fitted it very well. He was also polite and friendly. Thanks for your help! I would definitely recommend.
