The whole experience was a pleasure. They arrived when they said they would, got straight into the work, and when finished additional help and advise was provided. All the way through the process, it was explained what he was doing. And when finished everything was left clean and tidy. Highly recommended. The gearbox in my lock had broken preventing me from opening my back door onto my terrace. Steve’s professionalism, workmanship and knowledge ensured that he was able to get this tricky job sorted, doing everything he could possibly think of the get this job done within the working day allowing us to lock the door through the night.
