Excellent service end to end. I called David because we were locked out of our house and we had some specific personal circumstances that I made him aware of. He was very professional, prompt and came to our rescue within 15 minutes. He was able to open the door and then replaced the faulty mechanism for us. His service was excellent, would definitely recommend him. Everyone locally must save his contact details in case of emergency. You never know when you will need good local service. Don't bother trying to ring emergency locksmiths, I tried before I called David and they were unable to help!

I am very happy with the work done by Jamie from Timpson Mobile Locksmith. Within few days from contacting him, he came over to replace and upgrade my front door lock, also explaining the various options and providing recommendations.

Had a bit of an emergency situation and I called Timpson in a bit of a flap, Jamie was luckily fairly close by and arrived to assist us promptly! He fixed my granddad's lock in no time, and due to our emergency situation he only charged us for the lock, and not his labour! Based on recommendations, I contacted Keywise to replace a worn out lock mechanism on a UPVC door. We approached Keywise Locksmiths to get three external door locks sorted out. It wasn't a straight forward job with locks swopped out, so there was an acceptable delay. Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!

Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house.
