We had a problem with the front door of our but to let. Within 10 minutes of the tenant reporting it to me I had contacted Richard and made an appointment. He attended that day, ordered the materials and repaired the lock within a few days for the price he quoted. Absolutely spot on service you cannot ask for better. Richard is always neat and tidy and very pleasant to deal with.

Richard was fantastic! Not only did he fix our jammed door without a need for new parts, he then also offered advice and recommendations on how to maintain our doors and windows. He also fitted a brand new lock for us and our door no longer sticks or jams. He was also a genuinely nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. Having called up at 9am due to being completely locked out of my house, Richard arrived within 30 minutes and was outstanding from start to finish. I honestly cannot say enough to thank him. He explained every single part of the process, was immaculately clean and tidy. Despite it being quite an old lock, he didn't try to just sell me a very expensive new locking system - he tried the cheaper repair first. Richard was patient and checked and double checked to make sure the repair was going to last. He remained patient and kind to explain all of the details to me, even when there were some more tricky elements to fix. His 20 years of experience and training were very clearly evident. In addition, he is an extremely interesting person with the most incredible stories. It just shows that if you take the time to talk to people, not only can they help to fix a horrible situation for you, but also brighten your day. Thank you to Richard for just being awesome. What a lovely gentleman Richard is. He went the extra mile with fixing the door lock and even did some extra work on the windows. He also gave me good advice about maintenance throughout the year.
