Wow! What an amazing guy with incredible service. Got locked out on our first day, he came out straight away and was so helpful and reasonably priced and was a good laugh whilst doing so. Photo below of our move in photo, with the one and only Tim!

Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Tim was on time, polite and friendly and was happy to have a look/advise on some other bits we need doing while he was here. Highly recommend You're in Lock! (and love the name 😁)
