First class service did at a fixed price too so no hidden costs….came once to fit a temporary lock and a second time to complete the job. Didn’t just supply and fit …really did check lock mechanism was all working correctly. Advice on locks was honest and impartial. Was really accommodating to my schedule too. 100% recommend. Saved number if I need to use again.

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10.
