We discussed what would be suitable as an extra door lock. He mentioned a few locks and the one we agreed on was to be solid lock fitted where I wanted. Darren worked out the price (and gave me the option of purchasing the lock myself), I was happy for him to fit and supply at a date and time convenient to us both. Darren attended at my address today at the agreed time. He explained the workings of the new lock (with 3 keys) and answered my questions honestly. He cleaned up afterwards. I would certainly recommend Darren as a Professional who does his job thoroughly and with pride, he is polite and engaging in conversation. He wrote out a receipt for the work done and told me if there were any issues to call him. I am very pleased with the work done. Thanks. So it’s not just doors and windows that keeps Darren busy. He has just fitted a replacement “patio door” lock to our boat based in the Solent area. This lock had caused all sorts of trouble for the various marine engineers and assorted “skilled” friends. Nothing in the marine world is straightforward and we looked for Darren’s assistance after seeing many positive recommendations from “Voices for Portchester”. After 20 minutes and a few “ah ha” moments the lock was fitted and working. Cue a sigh of relief and a huge smile from me. Credit where credit is due, I got a call before he arrived bang on time and the job was completed promptly and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and effective locksmith.

SO Locksmiths have attended our building twice in the last five months when two different tenants locked themselves out of their properties. The locks fitted to these doors are not easy to pick and another company that attended didn’t even attempt to pick the lock and just wanted to drill it for £300! Instead SO Locksmiths attended and in both instances successfully picked the lock - helping a single mum with kids and a young couple to quickly get into their homes without extortionate fees! Extremely reasonably priced and highly professional and prompt services. Would highly recommend this gentleman to anyone locked outside of their property!

Booked Ash in because our front door wasnt shutting properly and needed to upgrade the lock. Gave me lots of options and explained each one in detail which was helpful. He had to make adjustments to our door and frame along with installing our new bronze lock. Did a fantastic job!

my key had immobilizer fault and i had messaged other key-fixing places that quoted me extortionate amounts and these places that would be unreliable with times and messaging me and i had to go somewhere today. mark came here asap, fixed my key within 40 mins and was lovely to talk to. he also charged me A LOT less than other places. 10/10!!!

Called Interlock Locksmiths as my front door handle would not turn to gain entry to the house. Tim arrived and serviced the lock and replaced some internal parts. He then aligned the door and adjusted the front door of the porch as well. I can honestly say they work better now than when they were first installed 12 years ago. A great job at a good price. I would definitely recommend Tim who takes pride in his work.

Tim was polite and available to come and solve our lock issues within an hour of ringing. He knew exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost as well as making some additional adjustments to our door that was causing us issues that we didn't even know about before and at no extra cost. He worked quickly and efficiently and I would recommend his services.

I called as I had an issue with the locking/unlocking of my front door and Tim was promptly able to come round and take a look and fix it. He was very kind and polite and always kept me informed of what was happening. I would definitely recommend.

Here's my experience with Tim: Moved into a new house and wanted to change the front door lock and handle to something that could be locked without a key from the inside. Tim came out to have a look promptly, and whilst on the job, we asked if he could have a look at the rear door and do the same thing. He did it there and then, to save us the extra call out fee. A month down the line, the front door handle broke. Messaged Tim who came out 4 hours later, he replaced the entire handle with a brand new one, completely free of charge. 10/10. Outstanding customer service, lovely guy, tidy job and well priced. Couldnt ask for more and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Tim!

Cannot recommend Eddie at Lock It Security enough; he was quick to respond to my enquiry, let me know he was on his way, super friendly/easy going and totally transformed my upvc doors. Both doors were difficult to lock/unlock, draughty, let the rain in and now they shut quietly, the locks GLIDE with zero effort, zero draught/rain and well worth the money paid to repair/service them. Give Eddie a call before you rush to replace doors and windows 👌🏻

Absolutely fantastic service. Porch door lock was broken and we could not get out of the house. Not only did Eddie come out the same morning and fix the lock issue he also realigned the door and cleaned all the locks resulting in the door being better than it ever has been. Excellent communication and service and would 100% recommend to everyone 👍

Eddie was prompt to respond and turned up on time. He adjusted 2 doors for us, replaced the gearbox and lock barrel on one of the doors. It was a great overall experience, I would highly recommend him.

Eddie quickly repaired one broken window lock, serviced another so that the window now opens very easily, as well as servicing a side door so that now opens, shuts and locks with ease! As before, he turned up when he said he would, explained the options and left everything tidy- thanks Eddie!
