I contacted B.E.N. Locksmiths (after finding on Google) to ask them to try to sort out a bifold door lock that was faulty. I booked a visit and Ben and Scott turned up on time, replaced the lock, identified the cause of the problem and fixed that also. They were polite, tidy and explained everything fully. I could not have been more impressed - thank you Ben!

I needed to secure 3 doors on a new property and a friend recommended BEN. A locksmith visited and discussed requirements then promptly followed up with an emailed quote which includedzz xx the more expensive option I had asked for. They clearly explained why a cheaper alternative was more secure (that’s unusual these days!). The locksmith arrived on the day agreed, efficiently installed the locks and left things clean, tidy and secure. Great service!
