I needed a reliable local locksmith to sort a problem with my UPVC back door. After trying to fix it myself I realized the problem needed more skills than I had as internal mechanisms within the door were broken. A quick call to ALS soon had an appointment the following day and after 1 and a half hours work, I had a new system installed and a door that once again locked and worked properly. Very professional service.

I contact ALS as the Yale type lock was not operating and I was locked out. They attend within 20 minutes and gained access. They lock had worked loose causing the issue. They tightened all the loose parts and all worked perfectly. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend ASL locksmiths and the well stocked shop which I have previously used . Amazing customer service! I was locked out very late at night and Tony, our engineer was with us super quick. He was so friendly and really did everything he could to help us. Would definitely recommend and will be using again if I’m stupid enough to lock myself out again (:
