This is the third occasion over five years that we have sought David's help with a lock problem - in this case a lost set of keys to our outbuilding. David came within the hour on late Friday afternoon to gain access to the outbuilding for us, and then two days later replaced the flimsy and non compliant lock with a more modern British Standard one.
