An incredible service messaged at 11.30am for 2 car keys to be replaced as it was getting to the point I wouldn't be able to use my car. He made an appointment for 1pm the same day and replaced both keys without me even having to leave my drive. Within 3 hours from first contact to it being done. Very friendly and a great price. Quality keys used. Even through in a spare battery.

Super friendly, realistic pricing. What's not to like. I needed a second key for my motorhome. Fiat wanted in excess of £300. Martin wanted £60. This is for a key with a chip embedded in it and is not something all key cutting places can do. Well Wessex can do it because it is not just a key cutting place though that is certainly on the menu. No, this is a proper locksmiths, the like of which are few and far between. If you are in this part of the world and need keys cut, door locks, safes etc etc. This is where you should head. So grateful to Martin.

I'm so glad I used this company to install locks in my new house. Sam assessed my house so he could order the correct size locks and he was very polite and informative when explaining the difference between 1, 2 and 3 star locks. I chose the 3 star locks as I wanted to make sure my insurance company couldn't refuse a claim if someone ever broke in. A few days later Lee visited and installed the locks. Lee was also amazing! He was super nice and installed the locks quickly. He even adjusted the hinges on a set of double doors that rubbed together when they closed. I could see that the locks Lee installed were much thicker and higher quality than the originals and the new keys were also a lot thicker. All of the locks work so much more smoothly than the originals. They turn very easily and there's no movement on any of the doors if you jostle the doorknobs when the doors are closed and locked. It's also so much easier to luck and unlock the new cylinders. And the adjustment of the double doors is incredible - I no longer have to lift the door to lock it :-) If I had purchased some cheap locks from a hardware shop they would have been cheaper, but they would never have worked as smoothly (or been as secure) as the '3 star' locks I purchased from Wessex Locksmiths. And these locks will last the entire time I own the house. Highly recommended.

Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. We had Dan come out to us today to do 3 locks. Very important we got them changed as just moved into a new property. He was so friendly and professional, did a super job. I couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend him.

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Kenny arrived in literally 30 minutes and had both broken doors to our new home fixed within the next 30. Absolute life saver, and such a nice guy. You can’t go wrong!

I needed old front and back door locks replaced at my mums house in Broadfields. Kenny was able to come over very promptly and managed to get the doors opened and locks replaced without damaging them. Highly recommend him and his service.

Adam is fantastic. Wish I could give 6 stars. It was lashing down with rain, dark and an incredibly tricky - must have been the job from hell but he got it done, was friendly throughout and was reasonably priced. He came out when no other locksmith I tried would (and I tried several) I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do - he’s the man I’m going to call.
