Was in the position of being locked out of the house due to a faulty lock. It was around 6 o clock and after calling Adam's locks he agreed to help. I didn't have to wait long as he came to the house straight away. Within the hour he got me into the house and replaced the lock. Fantastic job and can highly recommend Adam's locks. Very professional, responsive and good value.

Adam is fantastic. Wish I could give 6 stars. It was lashing down with rain, dark and an incredibly tricky - must have been the job from hell but he got it done, was friendly throughout and was reasonably priced. He came out when no other locksmith I tried would (and I tried several) I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do - he’s the man I’m going to call. Cheers Adam, hope we didn’t ruin your evening too much!

I called Adam about faulty window locks and hinges and windows that weren't set into the wall securely. I had been told previously by a different person that at least one of my large windows would need replacing. Adam came for a site visit to evaluate the damage and then reassured me that everything was repairable/resettable and no windows needed replacing. On the agreed day, he arrived on time and did a first-class job of all repairs he had promised at a very good price. Adam is one of those rare people who will help you fix things rather than sell you new fixtures. 5 stars. Fully recommend!

I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price. Great team of people. Helped me out by providing something the VW dealers were struggling with due to lack of key fobs in the UK for a 2017 Beetle. Multiple 'We do any key' type companies didn't want to know and stated dealer only. ASL sorted it out without issue. Appreciated.

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

I had a VW Transporter with an ignition barrel that needed replacing to allow me to start the van. Dave was top notch, great communication, turned up, debugged, sourced a used part, came back 3 days later and replaced the part in less than an hour. probably saved me a grand if I had gone to VW. If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Highly highly highly recommend!!

SW Locksmiths was brilliant, advising me over the phone prior to arrival and then once arrived. I had a non-standard lock problem, but Paul was able to sort this and leave me secured and raring to go. This mans a top bloke and will always help and find a solution. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Absolutely fantastic service. We rang at 9am and Paul was here before lunchtime, managed to open the door and fitted a new mechanism which he had on board. Finally, a really reasonable price for the work. Cannot recommend highly enough. You have restored our faith in humanity!

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Fantastic service, reasonably priced and quality work. Would recommend to anyone we know.

Great service, called up and arranged to come the next day. A quick hinge adjustment and our door is locking and unlocking smoother than ever! Tim is brilliant, swift to respond and very professional. He fitted a Simpled UK’ Smart lock’ for me and was kind enough to offer advice about the pros and cons of the different brands before I chose that lock. Tim was very quick to fit it , dealing with a couple of curved balls during the fitting. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me the different functions. Thoroughly nice gentleman. Made me feel safe and secure.

Martin came next day to fix broken front door handle spring (old Upvc door). Lock barrel and faceplate were replaced as whole door was warped and wasn't closing properly anyway. Good service and a fair price. Handle and lock all working perfectly now. Will use again.

Ray is great! Couldn't be more helpful. He got back to me within minutes of my email enquiry; replaced the lock the following morning, and even fixed our keysafe to the outside wall without charging me extra. Plus he's very friendly. I can't recommend him highly enough.

5 star service from Kev after our twenty year old front door was locked shut. I phoned Kev who arrived at 14:00. He gained entry without causing any damage and replaced the full mechanism. Luckily he had a spare mechanism in his van so we were all sorted and secure by 14:45. Our door will thankfully live to see a good few more years, much to my relief. Thanks Kev - great job!

Called out 5pm on a Friday. Prompt response and excellent service to fix a door that would not lock. After a temp lock was fitted, Steve then found a new locking mechanism for the door (despite the fact that this particular lock was discontinued!) and came a fitted it a few days later. Went above and beyond and very reasonable charges. Five Stars.

Needed to get access back into my property quickly. Steve was the only ‘emergency’ locksmith who could actually make it in the time 30- 60 mins specified. Quick and efficient, I was back in my house in no time. I couldn’t recommend enough, great service.
