Kevin was super efficient replacing two patio door locks and a back door lock that needed considerable adjustment. Highly professional and friendly to boot and not overpriced. Highly recommended.

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!

Honestly couldn’t fault Kevin and the service he delivered. He was friendly and calming in a stressful situation. Really reasonably priced. Thank you.

I locked my keys in the car whilst parked at sandbanks car park. It was a busy evening and Dave came out to fix the problem. It took no time at all and he cut me a new key so I had a spare. Excellent service.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. The Windowman let me down and couldn’t or wouldn’t help with a 3 year old front door they supplied. Fortunately found South West Locksmith’s and Paul was absolutely superb -excellent communication and customer service.Will definitely use again(hopefully won’t need to) - and I’ll recommend to all my friends & family.

Paul came to our rescue after returning from the vets to find our front door unable to open. Mechanism completely shot in it, Paul arrived within 10 minutes of phoning him, he had all the tools and parts to hand; job done in 10 minutes. Couldn’t fault him at all. Contacted Southwest Locksmiths after waiting nearly 2 hours for a national locksmiths to turn up. Within 5 mins of calling SouthWest Locksmiths, they were here to help let me into my home. I wish I had called Southwest Locksmiths first, instead of wasting 2 hours out in the cold with my dogs after a dog walk gone wrong. Great friendly service and would highly recommend 100%. Remote car key sorted by Egis Petrauskas. Turned out not to be as straightforward a job as first thought but Egis couldn’t have been more helpful. He was determined to get the job done and was extremely patient. I can recommend him highly and I would not hesitate to call him if needed.

I broke my car key at work and found keytek locksmiths on checkatrade.com. I called and the engineer arrived quickly and did a great job, excellent service, would highly recommend 👍🏻

I called this morning and they sent someone out within 30 mins. I was warned that my car may have extra security systems which would mean I couldn’t get a replacement key from them and this happened to be the case. I wasn’t charged a call out fee which I was grateful for. He said he was going to try and find out some more info and would call me back, which he did a couple of hours later. I was referred to Key Tech by another locksmith company that wasn't able to help. Dean was very swift in getting back to me and I was booked in within minutes. Lee was able to cut and code my spare key for my Smart ForTwo 451 and he was very patient with the tight space he had to work with. No trouble at all for him. He explained and showed me the process on his equipment and did a full run through using both keys to show all functions working perfectly. Ideal aswell as very local to me and they could either come to you or I could go there. I opted for the latter. Called up and operator on the phone was useful… had an engineer booked to come in 30mins, took him less than 10 mins to get into our Mercedes sprinter van which had a dead battery. Price was reasonable. Great service.
