I managed to lose the keys to my old 1993 volvo. Another locksmith company didn't want to deal with it because of the age. Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price.
