I called dave as I had a broken key he come within half hour and got my key sorted and he even gave me 20 bk brilliant guy and so nice too thank u so much ill difo use him again

I called Dave to get 2 new keys and remotes made for my fiat 500, imagining he might be able to help me within a day or 2 with a bit of luck. But far better than that he offered to drive over to me immediately and arrived within an hour of my call. He also had to break into my car as I'd lost my only remote and it literally took him 15 minutes from start to finish to complete the whole job. I found him to be very friendly, professional and efficient and i seriously can't recommend him highly enough.

If I could give Dave 10 stars I would!!! My car key completely broke and my car was stranded at work. My key was an absolutely pain to program, and Dave worked tirelessly for hours to get my key working and engine turned on again. I can’t thank him enough for his hard work. Brilliant service. I needed a new key cut and coded for my car. Quote was a third of what the main dealer wanted and the service was second to none. I'm so glad I used this company to install locks in my new house. Sam assessed my house so he could order the correct size locks and he was very polite and informative when explaining the difference between 1, 2 and 3 star locks. I chose the 3 star locks as I wanted to make sure my insurance company couldn't refuse a claim if someone ever broke in. A few days later Lee visited and installed the locks. Lee was also amazing! He was super nice and installed the locks quickly. He even adjusted the hinges on a set of double doors that rubbed together when they closed. I could see that the locks Lee installed were much thicker and higher quality than the originals and the new keys were also a lot thicker. All of the locks work so much more smoothly than the originals. They turn very easily and there's no movement on any of the doors if you jostle the doorknobs when the doors are closed and locked. It's also so much easier to luck and unlock the new cylinders. And the adjustment of the double doors is incredible - I no longer have to lift the door to lock it :-) If I had purchased some cheap locks from a hardware shop they would have been cheaper, but they would never have worked as smoothly (or been as secure) as the '3 star' locks I purchased from Wessex Locksmiths. And these locks will last the entire time I own the house. Highly recommended.

We had Dan come out to us today to do 3 locks. Very important we got them changed as just moved into a new property. He was so friendly and professional, did a super job. I couldn't have asked for more. We would definitely recommend him.

It was lashing down with rain, dark and an incredibly tricky - must have been the job from hell but he got it done, was friendly throughout and was reasonably priced. He came out when no other locksmith I tried would (and I tried several) I hope I never need a locksmith again, but if I do - he’s the man I’m going to call. Outstanding service and highly recommended. We had just arrived at our campsite and I managed to break the locker key in the lock whilst unpacking. Arrived 15 minutes after calling and managed to free the lock and cut us a new key. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Left my key with them, and, Having heard nothing for 4 days, returned to the centre, to be told that no one had looked at it yet. It was still on the desk where he had put it when I gave it to him. To be fair, he came back to me later that day, and the issues were resolved within 24 hours. Poor start, got better. Left another key with him to be fixed over the weekend. Good price.
