The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!
Honestly couldn’t fault Kevin and the service he delivered. He was friendly and calming in a stressful situation. Really reasonably priced. Thank you.
Great service, arrived within 40 mins. Front door wasn’t locking properly and property was left unsecured. Quick adjustment and no parts needed. Would definitely recommend and use again
Kevin was super efficient replacing two patio door locks and a back door lock that needed considerable adjustment. Highly professional and friendly to boot and not overpriced. Highly recommended.
Superb, I really can't say anything else. He arrived bang on, cleaned up after himself and the work was excellent. Does exactly what it says on the tin!
