Excellent service from Richard this evening. I had locked myself out of my flat. After calling 3 other locksmiths - 2 too busy and 1 that canceled the job after he couldn't find parking - I was really losing hope. Richard was kind and professional on the phone, gave me a quote and explained it. He said he would be 20 minutes. He was spot on and arrived 20 minutes later. Then he got me back in my flat within minutes! I would certainly use IMA again and will recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you Richard!

Richard responded really quickly. He came exactly when he said he would and gave a very competitive quote, then fitted a new lock immediately. He was friendly and professional and offered advice about another lock. I would not hesitate to use him again.
