Approached Ben for a quote to have fit some ceiling lights, outside lights, a new socket in a garage and face plates on most of the power outlets in the house. Not only did he turn up to quote when he said he would (which sadly we find is increasingly rare) but he managed to accommodate our tight timescales and sudden changes of plan as other things developed. Ben was recommended me and I asked him to renew my outside lights and install some timer switches.
