Excellent service. James arrived on time and was very personable. I felt like I had complete confidence in his service and advice. Got on with the work and checked everything out as per my electrical problem. Cost was explained up front which I found to be very reasonable. Nice guy, good service. Great service and work from James. Used the online form on a Sunday, got call back on the Monday morning, fully understood the needs of the job straigth off. Turned up on time, very friendly, gave me clear information and did a great piece of work. Also checked a couple of other things for safety. I found myself really stuck today with my appliances kept tripping and I couldn't eliminate which appliance had the problem. Finally I decided to ring around to get an electrician. I found Aims electrical online and an electrician called Imaad was very communicative, and understood the problem and came within 15 minutes and solved the problem, fixed a breaker and replaced the buzz bar which if not corrected could have caused a major fire. A special and massive thankyou to the team at Aims electrical would recommend to anyone as they are very efficient and most importantly communicative which is rare these days, they certainly know how to deal with people and are down to earth.
