I'm mixed with these guys. My cars battery was dying within 3 days. I was told that they would be able to solve any electrical problem, so I went to book with them. They had no online booking at the time, its all by phone so you have to call them at 8am; annoying but its old school and thats not a major issue. Left my car with them overnight and they said there was no parasitic drain and everything looked fine. They charged me a few quid for inspection and basically said they have no idea. Recently picked up a cheap multimeter and decided to just have a look myself. The car was drawing 380ma at idle/sleep (i.e. no doors open or key in ignition). Started pulling fuses and found that my satnav was consistently drawing 360ma. This took me like 20 minutes and since then my car has had full power for the past month. I'm not sure what to think about the whole ordeal as I've been struggling along swapping between two batteries and charging them for almost a year now. Credit where its due, the guy on the desk (might be Adrian?) is friendly and customer service is excellent. I was charged next to nothing for the inspection, so I didnt feel I was ripped off or anything but disappointed they didnt find something that took me 20 minutes with near zero knowledge. Had a fault with air conditioning and went to see Adrian Beck. I was not charged despite the time that was spent diagnosing and was advised clearly of next steps I should take which involved getting it checked at main dealer. Highly recommend Adrian Beck.

I was referred to Adrian by my regular garage and I am so grateful to him and his team for fixing my car (which had a serious problem) so quickly and for a lot less money than I had anticipated! Absolute magicians, friendly to deal with and very reasonable pricing. Would 100% recommend!

Was recommended to go there by another garage as they couldn't help with what needed doing. They were really helpful and fitted me in very quickly which was extremely good as I was going away the same day. Very polite and friendly and will definitely be using them in the future now.

Couldn’t recommend enough found a fault on my Nissan heater no one else could find went to two separate garages with no joy price was very reasonable aswell
